Love the food here however a lot of times I order the chicken is very dry but I add guacamole sauce to help. Drive thru personnel are usually friendly and helpful. Thanks for all the hard work y'all do here I do appreciate you all

Was trying to use a coupon on the app but had to go inside to order. Daniela (sp?) spent quite a bit of time trying to figure it out for me. Turns out when you claim a coupon or reward, it emails you a code to use (not clear in the app). In the end I didn't get to do what I wanted but she still gave me $1.50 off my order. And it was delicious.

El Pollo Loco was a huge surprise.We had the Tacos Al Carbon meal. The meal consists of three chicken tacos , with cilantro and diced onions on fresh corn tortillas, corn chips and a drink. The price was super reasonable at 7.99 per meal. The chicken was fresh and tender, each bite melted in our mouths. The pico de Gallo sauce accompanied the chips and tacos perfectly. I could not leave without trying the churros, we got two for 1.99! They were hot, cinnamon covered and flaky, so flavorful. Another great deal! Our entire meal was under twenty! And better tasting than most of the fast food restaurants we've been to. I highly recommend this place. They are polite and the place is clean and quiet. I recently tried the original pollo bowl and was blown away. It was filling and sensational. So much flavor, the rice, beans,cilantro, onion, Salsa Fresca, and that smoky delicious chicken? The price was incredibly reasonable and the meal was super filling. I also highly recommend.

Came here once before and it was really good but for some reason the food was greasy and when I say greasy the grease was falling off of the taco shell. Very disappointing… Get it together, and as I say 50/50 you buy at your own risk.
I always enjoy the chicken at El Pollo. One of my favorites !

The chicken here is bussin. Grilled and a lot of it. I love to stop here get a few birds and throw them on a corn tortilla. Do you remember the hound from GOT. I think ill need 2 Chickens. Consistant and flavorfull. I dont know what the inside is like since I only use the pick up option but im sure it is nice.
