Can't really comment on the food this trip since I waited at the front counter for 10 minutes without being acknowledged. Though there were numerous employees who walked past. They seemed more interested in serving drive through customers. This is not the first time I've been ignored here but it will be the last.

Walked in and order a chicken bowl, a 3 chicken meal and finally for me 4 chicken tacos. Everyone was very happy with their tasty meals, but my tacos were a miss. The meat tasted great but the amount in them was so sad. I will include a picture of that Taco. I had to pay more because I wanted the flour tortillas but think that I had like 5 little pieces of chicken, 3 pieces of lettuce and two very small pieces of avocado for $ 3.90, I had to put the chicken of two tacos in one tortilla to make a decent taco, will not be getting Tacos here anytime soon. They need to work in the sauces, they lack flavor, they seemed too water down.
But the restaurant was very clean, everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Their chicken meal and bowl were a hit with the family. Most, also, mention that for our three meals we payed over $50.

I have been catering from El Pollo Loco for several years. It's our favorite restaurant to get food for our business gatherings and celebrations. This last time they forgot to pack the tortillas and within 10 minutes I received a phone call from the manager apologizing for the mishap and offering to make things right. I respect that and thought it showed great customer service and how important their clients are to them. The food is consistently amazing, very tasty and the quality of everything we have ordered is great. If you need to cater, it's easy to order online and they have a loyalty program in which you acquire points that you can trade in for food. Overall 5 STARS!!!

Great grilled chicken recipe. They need better beans, as in, bring back the sweet, smoky black beans they discontinued. Also need the early years salsa bar to get 5 stars again.
