Walked in and order a chicken bowl, a 3 chicken meal and finally for me 4 chicken tacos. Everyone was very happy with their tasty meals, but my tacos were a miss. The meat tasted great but the amount in them was so sad. I will include a picture of that Taco. I have been catering from El Pollo Loco for several years. It's our favorite restaurant to get food for our business gatherings and celebrations. This last time they forgot to pack the tortillas and within 10 minutes I received a phone call from the manager apologizing for the mishap and offering to make things right.
