I will never go to El Pollo Loco again this is like the third time I've tried to give it a chance again because the food is delicious but the people there are just completely rude and disrespectful it's not even worth going and dealing with the people and the attitudes I don't think that they should be working if they're going to have an attitude with people Every time I go there There is no chicken There's always an excuse that they're out of chicken places good food with the people just suck

I don’t want to give a bad review because i know it affects ratings but i just wanted to bring this to your attention and my comment not go un heard , i walked into this location at 9:28pm wanting take out and was told “sorry we are closed”. The Sign says 10:00pm and google says 10:00pm. So i guess don’t go past 9 because you won’t get service.
Food was fine. Service was decidedly mediocre (least effort for sure). But the entire lobby was totally FILTHY. Food on the floor and on nearly every table. And I could ignore it if they were slammed but I was one of two customers and multiple employees were hanging out not really doing anything.
