Food was fine. Service was decidedly mediocre (least effort for sure). But the entire lobby was totally FILTHY. Food on the floor and on nearly every table. And I could ignore it if they were slammed but I was one of two customers and multiple employees were hanging out not really doing anything.

I love this place and the food is usually pretty good but today was the exception. I got an original pollo bowl combo. The chicken was bad and dry. It tasted like it had been left out for hours. The tomatoes tasted old and gross. Had to throw it away because it was that bad.
I ordered the DOUBLE baja shrimp salad. I was disappointed with the number of shrimp in it for the price. The salad only had 6 shrimp. In their pictures of the salad on line and their ads mailed, it shows 8-10 shrimp as if youre getting a decent amount of shrimp (protein). I don't plan on going back.

Chicken is definitely good most of the time. Today, I decided to try something different, and i regret doing so. Got the over price quesadilla and is too small for the price. The crunchy tacos are a joke to be called a taco. They should have called it some type of inverted crunchy quesadilla. The garnish all on the outside, Jack in the box does a much better job. If I ever go again, I will stick with chicken only beans, rice, and tortillas. I will recommend no other dishes. Only chicken

The bowl that I got was delicious!! I was disappointed though that they didn't offer Quinoa. They used to offer it but I didn't see it on the menu.
On line ordering didn't work. Would not let me pick up ASAP even though it was over two hours till closing and they were not busy.

Ordered a cup of water to accompany my lunch today from the drive thru and was charged $3.36 FOR A CUP OF WATER. I was told it's "because of the cup". I gave the water back to the girl working and was told I needed to come inside if I wanted a refund. The girl working the front didn't know how to even do a refund and had to wait for a manager. It was a hassle. After the refund I had to ask for my original receipt back. You are out of your mind if you think people are going to pay 3.36 FOR A CUP OF WATER.

I hate to give bad reviews, but tonight’s experience was intolerable! We stopped in at this particular store at exactly 8:40 pm hoping to eat. We had a group of ladies with us who had just got out of a church function and were very hungry. Supposedly, the girl who finally came to talk to us (nobody seemed to want to help us; and a man was already washing the grills - no chicken on the grills at all!) said the dining room closes at 9:30, but they all looked like they were hoping not to have any more customers. The worst part is that we got IGNORED! We just wanted to know if they were going to be able to serve our group or not, but the manager and other employees completely… what’s the word? “Ghosted us”! Terrible, terrible service!!! Be warned! It seems young people don’t want to work nowadays!!!
