Awful. Not one to write reviews, but just in case anyone is wondering the rude male operating the register and working the counter is still rude as hell! Eye rolls and everything. Beware. Very unpleasant to be made to feel like you’re the problem simply for supporting their business. Spend your money elsewhere.

10 out of 10 ❤️. I stopped by here after my hike on Tumamoc hill and needed a protein and chia seeds smoothie and those places was amazing 👏

Front cashier seems bothered and rude being family-owned or feeling untouchable isn’t an excuse to treat customers poorly. customers are why this business exists, act like it. it’s quite embarrassing the reputation he’s made for himself yikes...

If I could give this rating a 0 stars I would due to the morning punk that works here he has zero customer service isn’t friendly and so rude definitely won’t take the extra mile to come here so unfortunate

It’s sad because I was really looking forward to finding a good juice bar. The orange juice was good although not freshly squeezed, looks like they keep it in a pitcher to just pour out. Im used to seeing someone cut up the oranges in front of you and squeezing them right then when you order it.

Anyways, both times I was there to purchase a juice the man working there didn’t even talk to me. I mean like no respond to my greeting either or a how can I help you. He just turned around a few minutes later, stood by the ipad, I said my order, he typed it up, no questions or confirmations or a that is all, he turned around, poured the juice and placed it on the pick up counter and turned back to doing whatever he was doing. I thought maybe he was having a bad day, but then I read the other review from a few weeks ago and realized that this is the norm.

I kinda wanted to ask questions about the juices on my first day there, but there was no openness for that. Too bad.

I had a terrible experience twice at this location with the male cashier that is in the front. He had terrible service and truly makes you feel like you are bothering him simply by ordering your juice. I tried to go a seperate time a few days and STILL was such a horrendos customer experience. I hope he has a better day, unfortunately I will NOT be returning. So upsetting but I hope management takes this complaint serious because as I’m reading through the reviews, it’s not the first time someone complains about him.

Horrible and rude customer service from a young man tending the register and making smoothies. My 2 smoothies were not mix enough and we still had chunks of fruit and ice. I will not go there again unless someone else is working.

I absolutely love this place! Though the price for juice is hefty, it’s much better when compared to other places. The wait is sometimes a little long, but just call ahead if you’re ordering more than one thing and you should be good to go. Every smoothie I’ve tried has been great, but the Tajín smoothie is to die for!

Stopped by for a large watermelon agua fresca on a hot Friday afternoon. It was made fresh, right after ordering, and really hit the spot.

The juice was very good and reasonably priced. However, the service from the staff who took and made my order was condescending and rude. I would understand if I had been a difficult customer, but I simply asked a question out of curiosity when I saw her pouring a premade juice into my drink. Her response was given with a tone of annoyance and inconvenience.
