Loved Elliot's!! Did not plan to go there. Just passing through Tuscon. Not a lot happen on Congress early on a Wednesday night. They had customers so we went in for a drink and stayed for three. Initially seated then welcomed when we moved to open stools at the bar. The hostess, server and bartender were all so kind and happy. We felt like cherished regulars.

Our party of 4 arrived at 5:45 and stood in line to place the name on the waitlist. After standing in line for 15 minutes the hostess took my name and said she would see what she could do since we didn't have a reservation. parties of 2 without reservations were clearly sat at tables that would fit 4 when there were smaller tables available. We waited 45 minutes and another 15 for our waitress to arrive. The food was ok but my husbands salad was nothing but the romaine chopped ribs. We have been coming here for years and never needed a reservation and food was always great. But this trip left a bad taste in my mouth.

Went to Elliotts on a Sunday for dinner. The drinks were good. Food looked better than it was. We got the Nashville chicken sliders, jalapeño poppers, crab ragoons, mozzarella sticks, garlic parm fries, sweet potato waffle fries, jicama slaw, tahini chicken wrap. I the items I enjoyed and would probably get again were the pink lemonade vodka, garlic parm fries, and crab ragoons. Other than that I thought the food was pretty average. Service and atmosphere were very good.

This is the worst place I have ever walk into! Ordered a sprite, tasted like mold. Ordered cheese sticks no taste. The food comes out horrible. Feel like I might give it back, if you know what I mean. I should have taken the waitress seriously when she said, Oh I don’t eat anything here!

Stopped in for happy hour and we loved it! Tried a bunch of appetizers, from the bacon and cream cheese stuffed wontons, jalapeño poppers, to chocolate covered bacon, mozzarella "sticks" and duck sliders. Everything, from the service to the laid back atmosphere, was excellent! The drinks were all fantastic too. I had a bloody Mary with their infused horseradish vodka, and garlic vodka too. My friend got a couple margaritas. I also tried something on ice that tasted like an oatmeal cookie. Very creamy and delicious. My new favorite happy hour spot!

Parking: Parking sucks sorry to say. Hey, a bit of fresh air after visiting Elliot's on Congress is not such a bad idea, especially after a tasty nightcap ????????Wheelchair accessibility: Elliot's is set up to be handicapeable ? Entrance is wheelchair accessable, as well as for dining, and use of the restrooms ?

If you're looking for a cheap but local place for drinks and apps in downtown Tucson, Elliott's is the place. $4 cocktails with house made infused vodka on happy hour. $4 in 2024 downtown is wild for how tasty that jalapeno vodka rita is.Food is also quite good, their happy hour menu is just smaller versions of their regular menu, but still a great deal and perfect for sharing. The banana tots are a heavily underrated dessert.Today I spent $30+tax and tip for 3 tasty apps, a fantastic cocktail, and a to die for dessert. In 2024, that's top tier value.Vibes and service are a little hit and miss depending on who's working and who's there, but "not bad" is about the worst it gets from my man experiences.I've been coming to Elliott's off and on for at least 7 years, it hasn't changed a bit and I hope it doesn't. A Tucson diamond in the rough for sure.

Good service, we had the infamous duck sliders, they were like pulled pork they were ok I liked them. Beer is like $5 on draft which is awesome. Great shitters.
