Where do I even begin? Emma’s Delights Home Cafe is truly the best — every pastry and drink is made completely from scratch with so much love and care. I absolutely adore their weekly porch bake sales! I tried the challah bread and the single-serve caramel pineapple upside-down cake, and oh my goodness — both were divine. The bread was soft, fluffy, and perfectly balanced in sweetness, while the cake was moist and bursting with flavor. And don’t even get me started on the Their pumpkin spice walnut loaf — it was baked to perfection, with just the right blend of spices. Highly, highly recommend!
Try them out before knocking them down. Ya.

I ordered some GF jalapeño cheese bread from them and it was baked in a dang bread machine! I could've done that myself and not paid so much... Smh..

I placed on order with them on Friday that was supposed to be ready on Monday. I messaged them yesterday morning and they responded stating the order would be ready by 3pm and they would send me the address for pickup then. After not hearing from them the rest of the day, I messaged them today for an update and then did some research where I learned other customers complained in the past about not receiving orders they had paid for.

The response I received from them today was very rude and unprofessional, stating that I was instructed to reach out to them for the address. Their message clearly stated they would send me the address when the order was ready. They stated they would a partial refund, which I feel is totally unacceptable.

I share the same sentiments as a previous customer. I paid in full and on day of pickup I tried to reach by original communication and found I was blocked. Found the phone number and she answered. Stated that I would be there in a hour to pickup. She stated yes your order will be ready. I arrive to address and I tried calling to reach her, no answer and was re-blocked once again on IG where we were doing our original communication. Reported this to PAYPAL and are currently in the process of refunding my money.
I try my best to support Black businesses but things like this is why we as black people have a hard time trusting our own. I wish the best for you, I really do. But this ain’t it

I ordered a cake and received quick response via email. I paid and had the order scheduled for pick up at 11am today and have multiple emails confirming this date and time. I went to pick up my order at 11am as scheduled and the address led me to a manufactured home park pool house. The unit listed on the website is 100, so I knocked on the door and received no response. I called multiple times, left voicemails, and emailed, and was completely ghosted after paying more than $70. This company is being reported in all possible ways for being a scam. They have also sent me offensive and personally insulting messages since speaking up.

Best order I ever made. So moist and so delicious. I ordered an oreo cake last minute yesterday for pickup at noon. And it was ready. Delicious and so good. My friends loved it

Emma is by far the kindest person I have met. She is so professional, super patient, and talented. Her cookies and cakes are not only beautiful look at but taste so freaking good! The only down side get ready to gain a few pounds! You won’t be able to just take a bite trust me! Best experience ever. Thank you!
