Hot beverage and pastry were fine, nothing remarkable. Atmosphere felt like a poorly designed cafeteria, crowded and flow made everything cumbersome.
Service was fine but I was turned off from the payment terminal having auto-selected a 20% tip. I tip, I am aware of how to change the tip, however I did not appreciate what is an obvious attempt at either guilting the customer into tipping or hoping the customer doesn’t notice. I find this unethical.

One of the best coffee shops in Tucson! Housed in a beautiful old building near downtown. Offers your standard coffee drinks along very local specialties like the orange cardamom latte and mole dulce latte. Great people watching; grab a seat near the window or outside.
