Ordered online for dinner it ended up being $64. Went to the place to pick it up and they were closed for maintenance. Online it said they were open and they charged my card for the money. No one answers the phone. Just want to be refunded for food I never even got to eat. This was the first time I tried to get food here and I feel like i’m being scammed.

The food wasn't very good for how much it cost. The atmosphere was bright white and plain and the music was too loud. But the service was great, the bartender is

The service was really what sets this place apart. Not that the food wasnt great (or the atmoaphere) but really top notch / above and beyond prompt and courteous staff at all levels.
Kid-friendliness: They have chicken tenders / nuggets on menu for kids. A family came in with little ones and added to the atmosphere , they seemed to enjoy themselves.
Wheelchair accessibility: It was / is.

Cons: Music at the earache level (of entirely unsuitable genre), salmon over-dried, rice unsuitable for Japanese cuisine, cheapest-based alcohol beverages, highly overpriced food.Pros: Creative interior design, adequate service.
We came here for happy hour and had a very mixed experience. Despite the fact that there were only 15.or so customers drinks took over 45 minutes to receive after ordering. We were told that they hadn't setup for drinks yet, which seems like something that should have been done before opening. We had some appetizers and some were good while others were mediocre. The spam mesubi was good while the chicken taste similar to McD chicken nuggets. For food we ordered the EZ Choice hibachi plate. It.was supposed to have fillet mignon but there was no way it was really fillet. It tasted like a cheap overcooked dry steak bites. The lobster and shrimp were however decent. Overall I can't see this place lasting at this location with the mixed quality of food and slow pace to get drinks to the table. Our server however did do a great job despite all of the other negatives.of this joint.
Went last Saturday for a birthday with friends. Great service, got the bun appetizers which was okay. I only finished the miso soup because I paid for it. Otherwise, I would have not eaten it. My friend got the filet mignon and they didn't ask him how it he wanted it cooked so it came out. Well done. The DJ had club music playing at 7:00 p.m. so loud that nobody at the table could hear one another. We went there for a pleasant dinner experience, not to go clubbing. The decor was nice though. None of us will be returning.

Good food however terrible service when it was not even that busy. If you don't mind waiting an hour for your drinks then it's fine. The food was delicious but idk if I'll ever go back. The bartender was having too good of a time taking saki bomb himself to make our drinks.
Staff and general manager are all very friendly. Service was great and quick. Food was delicious. Waitress kept checking up on our table making sure we were all doing good and asking how good was. Bartender was very friendly and made delicious drinks. I love this place and would recommend it to my family and friends.
Parking: Paid parking is to west of restaurant. Lots of street metered parking after 5 you don’t have to feed the meter.
Dietary restrictions: Cook will try and work with the restrictions.

Dropped in to eat on a whim one night in the fall. Surprisingly good. Gourmet, no, but I definitely don’t regret the stop and I’d go back.Tried some shareable apps, a bit of sashimi, some combo plates and cocktails. All were solid…definitely didn’t expect the food to be solid. Interestingly, I remember the veggies with fondness because most times veggies are an afterthought and these were cooked perfectly. Bar was slow. Very slow.Vibe was ok. Felt a bit forced - music was loud and not great - it’s not a club, what’s the point? Overall the venue felt like it belonged in Phoenix.
Our server Victor was awesome! It was nice to have such genuine, good service. The bartender was also very friendly! And as always, the food was delicious.
The service is awesome! The music and decor in the restaurant is a vibe! Definitely one of the best spots in Tucson! Leo is awesome, have so much hospitality! GET THE FRIED DUMPLINGS
such an amazing service, the ambiance was amazing, the music the vibes and the food was so good me and my homegirls mouth was watering !! Leo our server gave the best service ever! I highly recommend this spot to anyone
I was hoping for a little bit more. It was pretty dead inside at lunch. The server was very friendly and the restaurant was clean. We went for sushi but were disappointed to find out they no longer served sushi at lunch. He was very kind and explained to us that it wasn't profitable at lunch because they didn't have enough people come for sushi. So we ordered the lunch salads. We ordered the shrimp tempura and filet minon salads. The order came out very quickly, and the salads were delicious, but very skimpy on the salad portion. It was a very, very small portion of lettuce with no other salad toppings other than the protein. Just lettuce, dressing and protein. Nothing else. The taste was there, but I felt it lacked in content and presentation for what we paid, unfortunately.
