Really enjoyed our meal here last night, but two small suggestions. The Zucchini noodle salad was quite bland and flavorless. A few toasted pine nuts for a bit of crunch and possibly a bit of chili oil or even a flavorful shaved cheese addition could punch this up a bit. We also saved the leftover balsamic dipping sauce from our bread order and drizzled it around on our Margarita pizza when it came. 😍😍😍!! This took this pizza to the next level! I highly recommend making this small addition a permanent menu change to this pizza! Also was really looking forward to the Caprese salad, but they didn’t have it available which is how we ended up with the zucchini. It was a bummer they were out cause while we were sitting there we heard 2 other tables trying to order it as well. Thanks again though for a fantastic Friday evening meal!

Falora should have a Michelin Star! Dined in 11/16/2024, absolutely spectacular. Loved their nice wine selection (Read no Ecco Domani or Barefoot). Began with the Caprese – next level. We could clearly tell the ingredients were premium, the heirloom tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, so clean tasting. Of note, the olive tapenade and the smallest amount of lemon zest created a satisfying palette cleansing between each bite – 5 solid stars. The Bianca pizza was baked perfectly in their custom pizza pie oven and wow – the best ‘thin crust’ pie I have every had – truly. Finally, the staff is attentive and worked as a team. Again, 5-star service. In closing, this is a smaller, intimate dining experience. I see some reviews suggesting they didn’t like being asked to wait outside if they arrived without a reservation?!? These individuals should have their review privileges stripped. Plan ahead, make a reservation (Especially on a weekend) – or wait out outside with a smile. No seated diner wants you standing right next to their table and then dinging the review because you were asked to wait outside – shame on these neanderthals. Loved Falora and will return – often, and if I fail to plan ahead – I will be the guy just outside smiling!

We had a fabulous dinner at Falora last night. Far and away the best pizza we’ve had in Tucson, great, friendly, professional service, easy going atmosphere.
Two of us shared a salad and a pizza; both were perfection and left us satisfied but not weighed down.
