Great food and atmosphere! But the service was fairly poor in terms of waiting. I do not blame our waitress; she was doing the best she could during such a busy time.
I blame the manager for leaving the restaurant short-staffed. The manager really needs to adequately staff their restaurant and not leave their wait staff stressed out with 20-million things to do, leaving many tables unattended for long periods of time.

My friend and I came in on a Saturday night and it was decent until we had a female waitress come into the bathroom and told us to leave because my friend threw up. Which isn't a huge deal but the waitress couldn't have known unless there were cameras in the bathroom which is concerning. We paid for drinks that we didn't get to finish and had to wait out in the cold for a ride home. If you want a similar place there's a famous sams on oracle and Ina, the wait staff were welcoming and friendly at that location and didn't make us pay for drinks we didn't drink. I'd give this place a 0 star if I could, the food was good but service was absolutely terrible.

Cool place to hang out on a Sunday evening. The karaoke was good, wasnt too loud and good mixture of song choices. The waitress/bartender was friendly, fast and also shared their reverse happy hour specials without having to be asked. It is clean and spacious inside.
Only negative was the pool table I used wasnt very good at all. Dead rails and the bar cue's werent in great shape at all. So, if your wanting to play some pool check the table you choose first.
Service was horrible. We were there last night like 6-7:30 (8/11/24), and our server (woman) never gave a name, rarely helped us. She never walked past us to get her attention to what we needed. A different server helped us (male) and the Dj asked came and checked on us more then she did (Bingo night) we asked for boxes, and she brought them a while later, then took forever for the Check and we actually had to go find her.
