Came to Famous sams for the first time in over 10 years havent been since it was on Ruthruff. It was awesome Andy was fantastic super friendly and very attentive. Super kid friendly before 10pm. I will definitely be coming back here. Food was also fantastic i had a chrispy chicken sandwich and it was so moist it was so good. Can't wait to try other foods here at famous sams.
Great food and atmosphere! But the service was fairly poor in terms of waiting. I do not blame our waitress; she was doing the best she could during such a busy time.
I blame the manager for leaving the restaurant short-staffed. The manager really needs to adequately staff their restaurant and not leave their wait staff stressed out with 20-million things to do, leaving many tables unattended for long periods of time.

Cool place to hang out on a Sunday evening. The karaoke was good, wasnt too loud and good mixture of song choices. The waitress/bartender was friendly, fast and also shared their reverse happy hour specials without having to be asked. It is clean and spacious inside.
Only negative was the pool table I used wasnt very good at all. Dead rails and the bar cue's werent in great shape at all. So, if your wanting to play some pool check the table you choose first.
