It took 10 minutes for anyone to knowledge us I asked for a cherry Pepsi and got a regular one that tasted funny then my son got a sprite and the cup was dirty and there was stuff floating in it. It took another 20 minutes to get food and when we got food we were able to get his drink exchanged. We never saw the waitress again me and kids came to car while my husband waited another 10 minutes for the bill. Place went way down hill will never return.

Amazing place for a good meal and drink!! I had the Shrimp Po'boy and it was delicious.
We received the incorrect food through Uber eats and it could have been a total pain in the butt however Karina at Famous Sam's (I hope I'm spelling that right) went above and beyond in her customer service and worked it out for us! Instead of ending the night frustrated and hungry my faith in good customer service was restored and we are enjoying some yummy food! Thank you so much for taking a disappointing mix up and turning it into a lovely interaction

I like to give a big shout out to Gabriella at Famous Sam's on Golf Link's for the amazing service she provided my brothers and nephews who were visiting from New York, great smile and attitude she really made our day and the experience there
