When someone says "burger," I think Famous Sam's! Big, messy, succulent, stuffed, perfectly grilled and with a generous portion of perfect fries. Not as fussy as Zinburger, not as formulaic as Cold Beer & Cheeseburgers, just honest bar-type food. And honestly gooood.

If you want indigestion come on down to Famous Sam's. Make sure to order the boneless wings, with more crunch than chicken. Sweet Chili was a winner, and it's an order of 10 maybe? I can't tell because we had five. Next up order some handcrafted fries with seasoning. It's fair and lordy me, a lot. Service was friendly.

Should be embarrassed as a local Arizona establishment to have Football on the loud speakers (raiders vs. lions) when we are hosting the World Series (Arizona Diamondbacks if you didn’t know .) SPORTS BAR ? Terrible ambience for the locals. Seen a couple of tables walk out because of it. Food was good - but honestly, the only reason why we didn’t choose 1 star is because Zachary was fantastic. If it wasn’t for him we would of left immediately.Employees sitting at the bar drinking and trying to help is probably a terrible idea.
The place was dead at 8:30 pm on Sunday night football. I was hesitant to go in, but I was tired of driving. The bartender was friendly and on top of it. As for the food geez, it was bad. I ordered a side of potato salad, and the portion was less than a cup super dry and TASTELESS!! Chili had a cheese on top that wouldn't melt no sour cream or green onion watery like a glass of water and bland like water. The FF were just awful. I threw all three sides away. What a waste of money. Pastrami was a good didn't come with cheese though???

Everyone who works here is amazing. It's especially fun when Alyssa and Zach are working together. They make it a very fun atmosphere and I'm never not happy when I'm here.

I’m visiting from Dallas and I went to Famous Sam’s last night for a beer and dinner. The Reuben was incredible! I came back tonight because of the great service I received from the bartender, Lisa. I came back to see if Sam’s was as good tonight as last night. To my surprise service was just as good from Lisa and my experience was even better.
