Five star food especially the wings. If five star service very attentive and professional. Three-star billiard tables though. The pool cues and the tables are little rough. But let's not have this overshadow the awesome food. Great job

Horrible staff! Please hire waitresses with manners and etiquette. Customer service needs to be addressed by owners and managers!!!

The tables are very sticky. Nothing new. My hub and I go here often. Tables have a sticky film over them.

Had a really bad experience with a waitress, her name was Breuanna or some misspelled version of Breanna/Brianna. The food here is delicious by the way, but I have always had issues with the service. Ordered something she brought out a different more expensive item asked her about it and she said it wasn’t her problem and just walked away. It was very upsetting I will be back since I like the food but just have to be careful with the waitresses and there attitude and it seems there is never management at this establishment later on at night.

Although it was not crowded, the restaurant was not clean. Tables had not been cleared. Some that were cleared needed to be wiped down. What stood out was how sticky the floor was.

The food was fine. Bar food. Nothing fancy. A little under whelming (i.e., potato skins).

Ashley, Steph, Randy, and George are all wonderful employees and they, along with some patrons, welcomed me with open arms and open hearts. I felt like I was a regular, even though I'm from out of town. Great atmosphere, wonderful people, and excellent service.

Myself and three of my friends had lunch here. I read on the Internet, how famous they were for their pastrami sandwiches. So all four of us ordered pastrami sandwiches. All four of us could not eat our lunch. There was barely any pastrami, it was burnt, extremely greasy and fatty, and cold. The hand cut fries were cold and greasy as well. This was a big disappointment. Our waitress was awesome. I really think the management should compensated us somehow.

I have been going to Famous Sams for decades. I like the sports bar atmosphere and the American food and appetizers on the menu. If you go there you might want to try the Philly cheese or the pastrami sandwiches

This place had incredible people providing exceptional service! Just grabbed a basket of assorted fried food, and that was well prepared. (Not soggy) Had a quick meeting, not recommended as the bar atmosphere is loud and it should be! GO USA (olympians)
