Food is amazing. So much better than some of the popular restaurants. We always ordered the Fish with pickled vegetables, the Vegetable Trio, Chicken Wings, Yang Chao Fried Rice and the Mongolian beef. You can adjust the level of spices. Handmade noodles are great too.
Excellent food, most authentic fresh maid to order. I'm From Las Vegas used to good Chinese food from China Town, Fat Man is as good as any from there. Best in Tucson I think!! Come and enjoy!
3.5 but pretty sure when I come back -- and I will-- it'll be higher.
Pros: clearly a local mom and pop which is what makes tucson great. Broad menu. Everything looked great except what I ordered... more on that later. Super friendly server. Crowded so assuming they're generally reliable. Great prices.
Cons: service was a little slow, only one server with a packed house and takeout orders... who did great given the situation but...
