Just in town looking for a good pizza spot. Happened upon this one. Turned out to be one of the best pies I've ever had. Basic pepperoni and it was perfect. I will go back for sure.

I have a new favorite pizza place in Tucson! Fiamma is authentic Italian pizza. It’s very tasty and fresh. Perfect thin crust.
If you like authentic wood fired pizza THIS is place to go! The Margherita pizza is some of the best I've had since Italy and the crew is warm and friendly. It's our new go to, thanks Fiamme!
Definitely 10/10 pizza never had better the wait time was really short and the food was absolutely amazing!!

Went on Monday during the half off Margarita pizza deal. I didn't order ahead, and they were busy, but they took my order and had it ready in less than 10 minutes. I thought it was a little saucy, but I will definitely be neck again.

Ordered Through Uber Eats, paid for the expedited service, and the driver sat there for 45 minutes, then canceled, (i don't blame him!). Another driver brought it to us after it was finally ready. The restaurant GROSSLY underestimates the time it takes to have your order ready!!

My boyfriend and I decided to stop in for dinner last night. I've only had Fiamme at the pizza throwdown, but remember it being absolutely amazing. Our margarita pizza certainly delivered that same excellent quality and taste from the event! We also had the tiramisu, which is not made in house, but was equally delicious. We will definitely be back for the food. Service however was lacking. We asked a couple questions and were met with short answers. We asked what D.O.P. meant and the reply was read the back of the menu. My boyfriend asked for a specific beverage and the server responded with, look in the fridge. Our empty soda bottles and empty bread plate crowded the tiny table until our pizza came out, despite the server making multiple passes by the table. The dining room is very small, tables are small, and it was extremely cold inside the shop. The food trumps all of those things though. Overall, we looking forward to returning!

I have been going to Fiame for years now and have been a loyal customer since they opened. It pains me to write this review but due to lack of consistency I have been left no choice. I shouldn't feel like I’m playing the lottery each time I place my order. Being good sometimes, especially a minority of the time, is just not good enough. From picking up cold orders, to large orders that are the size of small orders, I’m left feeling more burned than the the food comes out, which is often pretty burnt.
I have been coming here so long that I can give a few tips for those that want the best quality and consistency: 1. If at all possible, place your order when Scott is present. Whether he is there making the Pizza himself or there managing, the pizza will come out great, actually perfect. And if it doesnt, he will make sure it gets fixed. Scott is the owner and he runs a tight ship when he is there. He clearly takes pride in his business and loves the work he does. It’s a shame that some employees tarnish this by not holding the same standard in his absence. 2. If you are placing an order, DO NOT place it online or over the phone. About 7/10 times, such orders will not be made to the proper standard: coming out, cold, burnt, smaller than what you ordered, or missing something. Dine in, or if time permits, walk in, place your order, wait for it, and inspect it. About 8/10 times it will come out right, and if it doesnt, the staff will happily fix it. 3. If you have to call in an order, then DO NOT order during peak times 6-8pm, especially on Friday and Saturday. The only exception is if Scott is present.
The pizza was fantastic. The staff was courteous and attentive. The restaurant has some tables but it is not really geared for eat-in. Nevertheless, it was a wonderful dining experience. We had a great time.
