My first experience today. The flavor is there but the execution needs some work. I ordered a 9” pepperoni and the center was very soupy and sloppy. The center toppings just fell right off. The crust was almost transparent. The outer portion was very nice! Hoping the next one is better.

So me and my husband have been to fiammes a couple of times for lunch and the last two or three times we were in there we waited a few for our salads until the server went back there and started making them and the guy who came in from the back seems like he was pretty intoxicated he was holding on to the wall as he was walking and when he came into the back when I heard him speak to the server you could tell immediately he was pretty far gone. I can kind of understand it being a once in awhile thing but it's been this way the last three times we've gone in there for lunch and it's almost to the point where we don't want to go in there anymore because we don't know if he's washing his hands we didn't see him wearing any gloves so it's just kind of sad to see a business not keeping proper sanitary protocol when they have such good food.
This was the best pizza in town when they first opened, now they’re too inconsistent. You never know what you’re going to get. It may be overloaded with cheese or the crust may be too thick and doughy like it was tonight. I guess it depends on who’s working? If you get them when the right guy is working it’s excellent pizza but on a night like tonight not so much.

My go to neighborhood pizza place for years. However tonight and last couple times, I've been more disappointed each time. Tonight my bianca pizza has way too many mushrooms, much less delicious fennel sausage, less basil, never before seen lumps of mozzarella cheese that wasn't melted. Though the char of a fire oven is okay, it was burnt on one side. The Caesar salad is always good, but the lettuce was not fresh, dark edges. I'm going to build my own pizza in order to get what might be closer to what it was before they skimp on ingredients so as to not raise the price.

I placed a takeout order for Affogato, a scoop of gelato with espresso, and a Gelato Panini. One of their brightest, presumably, sent out the former inside of a single container. The latter, arrived in a pizza box. Soggy, drenched bread, in a puddle of gelato, sloshing around.

Shoutout Auran for delivering great service and taking care of customers. Picked up a pizza that was pretty burnt and the guy made sure i received a new one quickly and better made. Pizza is definitely authentic and good but can sometimes be overcooked. Hit or miss but more so a hit. They get orders completed in no time. Would definitely recommend.
