Gotten a shredded beef chimichanga but instead they gave me enchiladas and by the time I gotten home it was to late to go back cause I live far. There was barely anything to eat except for beans and rice......never going back

We’ve never had issues here before until tonight… Whenever there is a woman at the window there is GREAT customer service! Whenever there are guys…. Not so much. Rude, not helpful at all and very much act like you’re bothering them… no longer going to be coming here.

I ordered off of a delivery service and when my breakfast burrito arrived it was literally falling out of the bag bc the bag was so wet from the burrito. The burrito was soggy( the tortilla) and it was absolutely disgusting I will not be ordering from this place again

I have been working in the restaraunt industry for 6 long years. I've cooked, manaeged, delivered and I know a thing or two about a restaraunt.
Filibertos serves great food, but they don't always give you 100% of your order. McDonalds might forget 75% of your order, which is forgivable for the price point. Filibertos, at 45 dollars for an average dinner for 2? Forgetting even one of those items will put a bad taste in your mouth. Enough to make you not want to order. This isn't a one time thing either, it is a frequent occurrence. If you want quality food, you HAVE to go there yourself and double check your order with them. Even then you might get one burrito that is half the size it should be.
Overall, filibertos gets a C. Not a C- or C+. Just a C. Average service, great food, terrible ability to get you what you requested and at it's full value.
