I found a bug in my drink š¤¢
So, I did at one point have a 5 star review, but since my last visit was so terrible, I changed it to 1 star. First, I had an order of about 5 items total. The person on the other side of the speaker was rude and acted like he spoke zero English. Zero English (notice I said acted like) then, when I got to the window the price was wayyyy off what it should have been, where I discovered that he got nothing I said correct. Not one thing was right. In the middle of attempting to explain myself (I was reading a list, so my order didn't change throughout) he just slammed the register shut and walked away. Without a word. So I sat there not quite knowing what to do, when another person came to the window and took my order. For some reason, I was able to be understood that day, I guess, because she also had a hard time and I had to correct her numerous times when I asked her to clarify and read back to me what she heard. When the order finally came, you guessed it, it was all wrong. I was so frustrated by the end that I was literally in tears. I felt mocked and belittled and just awful. I had a step dad from Puerto Rico when I was younger so I know for a fact I'm saying carne asada perfectly 𤦠omg it was the worst experience I've ever had anywhere and I promise I am NEVER going back there again. Just writing this right now is getting emotional and this happened 3 or so months ago. Don't go. There's a Viva Burrito practically across the street, it's a bit pricier, maybe, but I guarantee you won't be made to feel less because you're not a native Spanish speaker. š¤·š¤¦

I just left... twice uts happened there, i didn't get what i ordered.... i requested chili relleno... i got a taco and a tostada. I normally wouldn't gripe, but its twice.

Donāt believe the prices on the menu outside, we ordered two burritos and when we got to the window it was 30$ !!! absolutely insane for super mid burritos ://
Spent over $60 this morning to get food that was cold and messed up just to be told to come in and get it replaced or refund by the manager after 3 for nobody to know what's going on. This type of service sucks if I coulda rated 0 I would will never return and I will be contacting my bank

The people that was working last night was not even cooking. The food was literally uncooked when I tried talking to the manager. Just respectful will never eat there again. I would tell anybody don't eat there? Save your money or go somewhere else.

I expect to get more ensalada on the tacos like other Filbertos shops I've been to. But the tacos were stillvery good. Was just meat on them.

Seemed overpriced. The kids burritos were around $7 each. Sour cream was around $1.50 to add to burrito.
Went here on December 22nd at around 1045am. The āmanager on dutyā refused to do a request for accommodations. She seemed nice but I checked in 3-4 times to make sure she understood and she said she did. But thereās an open kitchen and they clearly werenāt. I believe she needs to be retrain on customer service. Asked for a refund and went down the street to a different Filibertoās that didnāt have a manager that refused an easy request.
