A tasty breakfast burrito. The drive thru was running pretty efficiently considering I went at a busy time.

This was an awesome place to eat. The food was a little slow to come out but when it did it was hot and fresh and very tasty. The only thing was the price. It was $5. Almost $5 at Taco let alone other things $2.25 for a little bowl of little tiny cup of guacamole. It was expensive but it was good food

Very overpriced food. Chorizo burrito was about 5% chorizo and 95% egg. Cost was 12 dollars. Also had 2 chunks of potato in it for some reason. Cahier at the window sticks out a credit card machine and with the tip option there. Not sure why everyone thinks they deserve a tip now days.

Employee who works at night 10/22/2024 demonstrated a lack of professionalism by not telling us she can’t make an Uber Eats order, and ignores us even after speaking on the intercom, knocking and honking. Not a single second of eye contact. Just closes the lights and hides. A professional employee would tell me they couldn’t make the order because it’s closed. I’ve gotten orders from other locations that they have the food ready for pick up even after hours, or they straight up tell me it’s closed.

RUDE!!! DON’T STOP HERE IF YOU JUST WANT A WATER & need to use the bathroom.
I needed to use the bathroom and employee says, “customer’s only” I say fine, I’ll buy something. She said, “you need to order something”. I don’t eat meat and I am not hungry, so I grab a bottle of water.
This same employee rings me up, $2.60 for a bottle of Arrowhead water. I say, keep the change. She walks me to the bathroom and says, “did you order?” (Like, um…you rang me up for the water?!?) I said no I’m not hungry. She says, “well next time we won’t let you use the bathroom for just buying a water” I said well that’s fine I don’t live here, I’m just passing through. Whatever!!!

I usually traveled into Tucson for great Mexican food. Now I just travel to Filibertos just 5 miles close to me. When I first arrive there I an greeted by their beautiful hostess. Always happy, caring, and friendly ❤️. She makes me feel at home taking my order. The dining room is always spotless. I walk past an array of salsas, hot peppers, try them if you absolutely love hot and savory peppers. There is also not hot but delicious salsas. Today I ordered my usual 6 shredded beef tacos. Which, if you arrive after 2 pm, tacosat lowered to TacoTuesday prices. I love those tacos. I feel as though I'm eating at mom's house.i also love their Steak Ranchero plate, Carne Asada Burro, Chicken Asada Burro m, both stuffed with so much succulent meats i need two hands to eat them. I love menu items 1, 3, 5, 7, I. Haven't tried the others yet
Give Filiberto's a try on Old Vai Rd. In front t of Wal-Mart and Home Depot.

Honestly, this place is horrifically overpriced for what they serve. $5 a taco, nearly $5 for a drink. On top of this if you pay with a card they add another 3% convenience charge, which is of course in tiny print on the receipt. It's actually showing the amount charged much smaller and under the total with tax. I feel that this is rather deceptive, and honestly is worse than the complete lack of value from this restaurant.

Had a bean burrito...didn't realize I had to pay $2.20 extra for cheese!!! OUTRAGEOUS!!! Used debit & was charged .39 convenience fee & she was mad that I didn't tip her for doing her job!!! NEVER, EVER, EVER eating here again...😱😱😱

They focus too much on the drive through and ignore the people in the lobby. I don’t understand why they even have the lobby if they don’t want to man it.
