Ordered a plate and they made it into a burrito. Went back in there and asked for the plate and they said that everything that is in the plate is in the burrito. Told them that we don’t want a burrito. They proceeded to give the rice and the beans that go on the side but not remake it into a plate.

I ordered a hot Cheeto burrito I specifically asked what was included in it. They said carne, hot Cheeto, nacho cheese, sour cream and guacamole and pico if wanted added. I chose just carne, nacho cheese and sour cream and of course hot Cheetos. When I got my burrito it had fries in it and I’m high allergic I told the guy and he said he couldn’t remake it I’d have to purchase a whole another burrito. Mind you is $15+. I asked for his manager and he just stared at me and I asked him his name and he wouldn’t tell me. He took my burrito and took out the fries but I don’t think they understand I can’t have any potatoes/fries in my food. So I wasn’t able to eat at all. And he didn’t give me a receipt so I have no proof of purchase. I might have to call corporate.

Food was crushed and had missing items from my order. Do better dasher was never given my drink and it on the receipt and your knots on your delivery bags are too tight for my arthritis infected hands

We ordered $45 worth of food, the drive thru speaker did not work, then we went to the window, ordered our food and the staff closed the window. They made us wait at least 20 minutes, did not give us our drink in this hot weather, did not tell us there would be a wait and three staff were visible to us. We also paid for guacamole and sour cream and did not receive that either. When we got our burrito, it was so overstuffed and under wrapped that it fell apart in our bag before we even got to eat it. When my boyfriend tried to take a bite of the burrito it was so greasy it ruined his shirt and made a huge mess all over my car. I will never come here again. Customer service was poor and for the cost of the meal and wait time and to not even get everything we paid for, it was not worth it.

Great customer service..... I'm a regular customer that comes to this store alot of times with my kids on Taco Tuesday..... Great customer service on drive-thru.... I met the worker Fernando on drive-thru.... He's a hard worker friendly fast pace with the orders..... Fernando and his crew are awesome good teamwork.... I give this store 100% great job 💯🙏💯
