We use to come here all the time the food was great now they put less in the food the old cashier lady was awesome now the lady that works Monday around 1046 has a nasty attitude. They must of had a change in staff or something, now it's horrible. I work in the food industry also and this place has gone horrible trust me. Avoid this location at all costs.
The food here is really great and I use to come all the time. I recently stopped going because it felt like they were purposefully getting my orders wrong. Idk why, I’m not a difficult customer and I know exactly what I want and don’t waste time. They would get my order wrong so many times, but this last time was the last straw. I was very sick and they’re one of the only places that make menudo. The lady asked me in great detail which one white or red, bread or tortillas. Just to give me the complete opposite of what I asked for. I still ate it and it was good but why ask me if you’re just going to do whatever you want. She didn’t get just one thing wrong. It was the whole order, and when was desperate and I needed it most. I’m not saying don’t go there, just go at your own risk.

They have the best cowboy fries ? man that was the bomb bomb stuff I was told about until I finally got to see the whole fuss about the "cow boyyyyy" plate. Quite impressive & yummy!! Good job Filibertos, good!

Food was order through google, the food was made incorrectly, the first person who greeted me was rude after telling him the issue, the person who was in charge did apologize, but could not help because the order was bought through a third party not Filiberto’s. The plus side to this encounter was a Banda from Guamuchil Sinaloa stopped to get food, on their way to Texas, I would have recommended a better place based on their Sinaloa roots. Sorry Filiberto’s you disappointed.

I'm being generous on the stars here because the food is decent. It's not that they have BAD customer service. They just don't have enough service. It's as if this location is afraid to hire people. It's like the same one employee night after night. She's nice enough, but the drive thru line is always the longest wait ever. It shouldn't take that long for a simple order of 1 or 2 items. It seems evert time you get to the drive thru they immediately ask you to wait and take 5-10 min before they even take your order. Hire more people or close the drive thru. Some people only get 30min lunches and it takes 15 before they've even started to prep your food?
