Hey listen if you don’t like where you work go find a different job. These employees were like dealing with a wood stick. Zero personality, no greeting, no smile , nada. Asked for two different sandwiches, both specialized. They couldn’t take the time to note that on the wrapping? And the sandwiches were flat with barely any meat. For a $15 dollar sandwich it should be stacked. Bye bye Firehouse you lost my business. Dum dums

Hey all, sign up in the app and you get to see the rewards and offers first hand. I got a free medium sub on my birthday. That’s right a full medium sub! One of the best birthday rewards out there!They also have great offers every now and then like the Two Can Dine pictured below! Not bad! Also, they give back to firefighters and the community. So, what’s not to like? Go support and eat some yummy food! My fav is the Hook and Ladder. Just be aware of sodium content if you’re watching your intake!

Not happy. I was literally just in the place waiting to give my order. No one is in the line with me. People are busy talking in the back. Only 1 person behind the counter and they are busy making sandwiches . The lady that is in the back talking walks out and another person walks up walks in front of me and starts placing their order. She didn't bother to ask if I had been waiting but it was obvious. Totally lame.

This one the mgr and employees were extremely nice . He was very helpful with the app . I had been to another location no one knew how to use it. Thank you so much. And food was delicious. We don't have 1 in our area I drove extra to this one location..50 min away..yes worth it.
