Great food Great atmosphere and amazing customer service. A really amazing place to take the family or just grab a bite to eat on your own. My favorite is the chicken cajan sub or the chicken bacon ranch 😋 They always have fresh soft bread. Must try!!

My son and I go to Firehouse Subs every couple weeks, we usually go to the location on Old Spanish Trail, but were in the area shopping. We ordered our food and waited about 15 minutes for it to come out, I then checked the bag to make sure it was correct before leaving. The Au Jus was missing from my French dip, and my sons sandwich had everything on it, when I'd asked for items to be removed. When I walked up to the counter to tell the employee about the onions and tomatoes on the sandwich, her response was "are you sure?". I was taken aback and said yes, I'm sure. She said that she would remake it, I then opened my French dip and the meat was cold. I requested my money back, we didn't want to wait another 20 minutes as we had already been there for 20 and take the chance of it being wrong again.

I've never had a problem at any Firehouse Location before, so I was really surprised.

I got my refund and we went straight to the other location, which is a pretty far drive to get correctly made sandwiches. But as always we had a great meal there!! Also the employee took my phone number after giving me a refund, I'm not sure why, as she didn't tell me any reason for this.

I definitely will avoid this location in the future, it's one of the better food choices in this area. But not worth the chance of having a bad experience.

The last 3 visits were terrible, 1st visit my wife and I ordered Italian sandwiches they forgot to put Italian dressing on them i was in a hurry didn't feel like bitching , 2nd visit i ordered meatball sandwich the meatballs had to be from the bottom of the pot all were burnt i damn near barfed on the table , they did make me a new one but I couldn't get the nasty taste out of my mouth , today 2/6/25 i ordered a French dip the grilled onions were stone cold out of the refrigerator and the roast beef was the same , since the new owners that place has gone to hell

I loved the service here. Analyse and Cassandra bought the food to our table. I ordered the spicy Cajun chicken and it was delicious. The manager even came to our table to make sure our food was good which I thought was also nice. They really pay attention to service.

Staff is friendly and welcoming. We have a lot of dietary restrictions and they have no problem customizing our order with complex modifications.
