Nearly always empty so you get the food fast. They also BLAST the AC on which is great for the summer - also insanely clean.

Well as you guys know I quit five guys like a week and a half ago but no hard feelings is this Veronica like she yell and act like she's better than everybody else and I was going to take that point being I want to pick up my check today it was very courteous and one of my co-workers was on a break so I went to go talk to work and Veronica's called me and I was not allowed in there no more and I said for what I didn't do anything wrong autistic son and we were going to go eat at 5:30 but since I'm not allowed on the property no more for no reason I find that very peculiar very wrong song he is that is not right I quit because the way she talks to her workers

I placed a DoorDash order and called immediately after three times. First two times I didn’t receive an answer, the third time Daniel answered the phone (didn’t introduce himself I had to call back and ask his name) was very rude like he was bothered, I told him my name which he misheard as Chris when it is Trent. I tried to correct him because he told me we didn’t have an order for that name. Of course you don’t it’s the wrong name, he then puts the phone down then a lady answers and quickly solves my problem. Whoever Daniel is shouldn’t be answer the phone and needs to be retrained. I used to work for five guys so I know how you’re supposed to handle POS. I don’t want a refund, I want the issue fixed for future customers. We pay too much for your product as it is to deal with disrespectful employees.

Manager and Crew denied having mobile order at the location even after Wife showing it was placed at the correct store and app was showing it ready for pick up. The crew and manager never took their time to look at the order screens as they continued to deny having our order there. I asked my wife via speaker phone to ask the manager for his name in which she did; multiple times and the manager simply ignored her request. he then walked to the order screen said it was there And told her to wait 5 mins for the order and proceeded to take 15 mins to complete the order without any courtesy to apologize for any inconvenience or miscommunication. Totally unprofessional & lacking of customer service.
