Food was decent came out fresh service was awesome and had a great atmosphere definitely a place to bring the family I'll definitely be coming back.

I placed a DoorDash order and called immediately after three times. First two times I didn’t receive an answer, the third time Daniel answered the phone (didn’t introduce himself I had to call back and ask his name) was very rude like he was bothered, I told him my name which he misheard as Chris when it is Trent. I tried to correct him because he told me we didn’t have an order for that name. Of course you don’t it’s the wrong name, he then puts the phone down then a lady answers and quickly solves my problem. Whoever Daniel is shouldn’t be answer the phone and needs to be retrained. I used to work for five guys so I know how you’re supposed to handle POS. I don’t want a refund, I want the issue fixed for future customers. We pay too much for your product as it is to deal with disrespectful employees.

I visit/order from this location regularly, and I am always pleased with the accuracy of my order, the quality of the food, and the service provided.
P.S. they season the Cajun Fries amazingly!

Manager and Crew denied having mobile order at the location even after Wife showing it was placed at the correct store and app was showing it ready for pick up. The crew and manager never took their time to look at the order screens as they continued to deny having our order there. I asked my wife via speaker phone to ask the manager for his name in which she did; multiple times and the manager simply ignored her request. he then walked to the order screen said it was there And told her to wait 5 mins for the order and proceeded to take 15 mins to complete the order without any courtesy to apologize for any inconvenience or miscommunication. Totally unprofessional & lacking of customer service.

I came into this five guys this afternoon to treat myself to a lunch by myself. I paid $3 of my bill in change(quarters) because I'm between paychecks&didn't want to break a $20. The cashier (a large black lady) was pretty much rude throughout our entire transaction. I thanked her multiple times for multiple things but she did not respond even once with a'you're welcome.' I had also ordered a water cup when I first got there and when I was in the bathroom somebody took it off the table I left it on and threw it away. When I went to ask her for another I was greeted with the same rude attitude. Other than her poor customer service I had a good lunch.
