I had walked up to pick up a DoorDash. Couldn’t get helped. Then finally got help from the worker Mariah, came up and I gave her the name. She then went straight over to a different customer and started talking with them and showing videos on a phone and asking to look at videos on their phone of their dog. Then 10 minutes later she comes back over and then proceeds to start the order. This isn’t the first time I have had a problem with doordashing and workers here. I’m on a time crutch getting people the food so I’m missing out on money because I’m waiting at the food place to get me the food. Very upsetting.

The fries were cooked to perfection. It really was the best ever from five Guys and I have tried them in many states across the country AND this was the best. They did an amazing job! Thank you!

I had a really frustrating experience at Five Guys that I feel needs to be said. Right when I walked in, the staff just seemed rude and annoyed. No hello, no eye contact just attitude. I asked a simple question about the menu, and the cashier rolled their eyes and gave a short, sarcastic answer like I was bothering them. On top of that, the food wasn’t good either. My burger looked like it was thrown together in a rush and was barely warm, and the fries were undercooked and way too greasy. But honestly, what bothered me most was how I was treated. I left feeling disrespected and like I wasn’t welcome there. That’s not how customers should be treated.

Atmosphere was awesome , food was awesome, the staff were super friendly. Food was served in a timely manner. Went in hungry and left with goodbyes from the staff. Best 5 guys I’ve been to in Tucson. !!!!! Awesome place to eat. Kids were happy.
