I usually don’t write reviews, but my experience at Five Guys was so bad I had to share. First of all, the staff was completely unorganized and looked like they had no clue what they were doing. I waited 20 minutes for a burger that was barely warm when I finally got it. I ordered it with cheese, and it was completely missing. When I brought it up to the staff, the guy just shrugged and said, “Well, it's still a burger.”

I came by earlier morning and I usually enjoy Five Guys but this visit was honestly a letdown. This location used to be good but something has changed. First off the place was a mess. Tables hadn't been wiped down and the floor was dirty. it took way longer than usual to get my food, even though the restaurant wasn’t that busy. The burger was mid and I don’t know if they changed the fry recipe or just had a bad batch, but they tasted stale. Probably my last visit to this location.

Poor service there. I've waited over 20 minutes for my food and my fries were undercook . Nobody seem like they wanted to be there . Most likely won't be coming back to this store

It’s just too expensive. The burger was $11.50 that’s more than an entire In-N-Out meal. The burgers are legit good. The fries are awful covered in salt. It’s like a bag or salt with potatoes. Not willing to do shake or drink as it topples $20. It’s a shame as it was semi empty and I remember when they came to town there were lines.

Typical Five Guys atmosphere but the burger was delicious. I saw the cook checking to be sure it was cooked enough, so I appreciate the extra care. I ordered fries with the cashier but it was left off my order. I pointed it out after I received my order and they fixed it quick. I offered to pay since the cashier never charged me but they told me it was their mistake and they were complimentary. Thanks for taking care of this customer.

These guy were AMAZING 🤩 thank you ❤️can’t wait to come back perfect bacon and grilled mushrooms the night crew seriously deserve a raise ❤️

The staff was exceptionally friendly and enthusiastic, making the whole experience even better. Their positive energy and eagerness to help really stood out.
