Usually the spot does a wonderful job. This time it was the complete opposite. Ordered 2 double bacon cheeseburger, bacon was missing from both burgers. The fries were overcooked. They seemed like they were double fried. My bag was soaked in grease to the point where my order almost fell through the bag. I was very disappointed this time And the only thing I enjoyed was the milkshake. Seems like the employees are doing a good job. It’s just the manager is not training them properly and has a bad attitude.

Five guys is hands down the best burger in Tucson. Have them 4 stars on food because they burnt the fries. Which is unlike 5 guys… we usually go to the one on Campbell and Glenn and their food is always 10/10. Other then burnt fries the food was delicious
