The price of their items absolutely outrageous for what you're getting. Their corporate management team really needs to reevaluate their pricing structure because its a big miss on quality to price ratio. Plus you got some covidian still wearing a mask probably be married to it for life at this point.

But I just had an amazing above expectation experience at this 5 guys twice!!
The fries used to be so gross, they were brown(overcooked or dirty oil)
But the last two visits the fries were ON POINT.
Amazing, crispy, golden colored fries.

I ordered two burgers, a bacon dog, large fry & two drinks. One of my burgers had been taken down wrong on the receipt I asked for pickles instead Amber put lettuce so that’s how the cooks made it. I went up to the counter to ask they remedy the mistake by simply adding pickles and the other gentleman who was not Roger brushed me off and said yeah I’ll get to you in a second and kept cooking, he offered zero empathy and didn’t acknowledge me at all. Roger stepped in and asked me what was wrong with my burger and quickly got me a side of pickles. That’s how you make it right for the customer. Easy peasy! Thank you Roger.

Good hamburgers and hotdogs. Seems hard for most chains to actually have any flavor in the hamburger itself. Don’t know why that is, maybe freezing the meat kills the flavor? So my test is to break a tiny bit of the patty off and eat that all by itself to see if it has any flavor at all. It’s does a little here and that’s a plus.

It's an incredible fast food burger. They have nothing but free additions to add to your burger including fried onions and mushrooms. They don't have the online version anymore to add fried jalapenos but they can still do it in person.
