Great staff. Prices have sored for the amount you get. I apreshat the freshness, but the burger was dry, and I couldn't afford the overpriced frys because of the cost of my burger. I got it loaded with their toppings even though I just wanted a simple cheap burger. Toppings are included in the price, so why not load it up. It was messy. At least the music wasn't blasting like they used to do in the past. I would normally not stay in five guys to eat due to the overwhelming loud music and flashy red and white interior. I went to eat here because I was on foot and on a time crunch. It satisfied my hunger, but I was disappointed how much I spent for a dry burger with toppings I didn't even need.

The burgers are good. The shakes are good. The fries are really good but I only give them three stars because for five dollars for a small fry they used to really throw a lot in the bag and now they just fill the cup and maybe a couple extras that’s not worth five bucks. It’s gotten too expensive to eat here. I spent $40.00. 2 hamburgers two fries One chocolate shake, and those were the small hamburgers and of course I gave him a tip which I wouldn’t do again.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My wife and six-year-old nephew came in this morning and ordered a hamburger with bacon. What they received was just the bun and bacon—no patty. When my wife went back to address the issue, the staff apologized and said they would remake the burger. However, they only brought back the patty, without remaking the burger as promised.
This level of service is beyond disappointing. I expected better. Needless to say, we will never be returning to this establishment—not me, not my wife, and certainly not my nephew.

I don't get the hype about Five Guys. I ordered 2 single cheeseburgers, 2 regular fries, and 2 regular drinks and it was $39. The burger was fine, but was small and the bun was chalky tasting. Nothing about it made me feel it was worth the price. I believe in the assessing the Value Quotient when dining out. It is fine to be higher priced, but you have to deliver a higher quality meal/experience. The Value Quotient just isn't there for Five Guys. For 65% the cost of Five Guys, I can get the same at In-N-Out with a better level of service, or for nearly 50% that price I can go to Chili's and get the Big Mouth Burger special. Sorry Five Guys, you don't make the cut.
Food is always pretty good. Fries, at times, can be a bit soggy, but I wanted to shout out team member Ella for this particular visit. She never seems to stop moving! Expertly handling the lunch rush register, she quickly picks up a broom to sweep up in her down moments. Even when the other four team members took their free time to chat and they asked her make sure she cleaned bathrooms, Ella gave them a big thumbs up with a smile and got right to it. Five Guys is lucky to have such a hard worker.
