The absolute best BBQ you will ever have in your life. The biggest problem is that you will be spoiled to the point that you won’t like any other BBQ. The meat is skillfully cooked over hours.. tender and flavorful. If you are coming to Tucson (or lucky enough to live here), don’t miss Flaming ❤️🔥!!!
The food is amazing. We have had the brisket, ribs, hotdogs and crab cakes. Plus slaw, potato salad, beans and pasta salad. Kevin is awesome and the food is delicious. It is outside seating so if you don't like the heat, take it to go.
Delicious barbecue! I loved the brisket sandwich, the sauce was perfect 👌 and we had a few ribs that were falling off the bone. Best bbq truck in Tucson area, dare I say, the Southwestern United States? So good - Thanks, Kevin!
