It's been a few years since I ate at frankie's. I didn't know they had moved to Ina road from Campbell.
At the old location
I was told that they imported everything, meat, and rolls from Philadelphia, and they were really good cheese steaks. The ones at the ina location we're a disappointment.
The cheese steak I had it tasted like something I could make with ingredients. I'm from any grocery store. It was just very average.
And certainly not worth the price.I thought that it was very overpriced. So I do not recommend the cheese steaks this restaurant serves.

I called and order that was messed up but they were closed by the time I got home and was able to feed my kid(they put hot peppers instead of sweet)so I called a couple days later the guy was very respectful and understanding and asked if I wanted it remade I explained I don't live on this side of town only work on this side of town so I don't know when I would be in the mood for another Philly cheesesteak so he put me in the ledger to come back at a later date well today happens to be that day that I wanted to go pick up the sandwich and the guy (apparently the same guy that are originally spoke with) was rude to me on the phone and in person basically call me a liar saying I already picked it up and I was like that impossible thinking he may be just made a mistake but it got down to the point where I felt so disrespected that I was called a liar that I even expressed that I will pay for my sandwich now until you guys can check your cameras to see I never came back in since I first ordered the sandwich that got messed up. I've gone to this restaurant several times, so to be called a liar like I'm just out for a handout is totally unacceptable especially with the tone he used and the surety he had in his voice. In the end he gave me my sandwich but it is so unappetizing and a turn off. I'm still so upset Even though it was replaced that just really left a bad taste in my mouth, Never in my life have I felt so disrespected by the manager. And I understand he has a job to do, but get your facts right or at least check the evidence before you call somebody a liar! Don't know if I will ever give this company another dollar, which sucks because I actually like their food!!!

I ordered the Italian sub sandwich as is and it's lacking most if the Italian taste. It's 60% ham and they only give red onion and balsamic vinegar instead of onion, peppers, vinegar And oil. It has paper thin meats except the ham which makes me think of how much they're cutting costs.

Born and raised in Jersey, this actually was one of the better cheesesteaks I've had in quite awhile. Wanted grilled onions and whiz on it, but I had to search quite extensively to find it. Meat portion was great, just wished there was more whiz on it.
Came here for lunch and got the 9” cheesesteak with cheese wiz and mushrooms. Unfortunately not impressed. The food looked good, portion size was good, but was just ok taste-wise. Nothing to write home about. The texture of steak was a bit dry and I don’t know how to describe it other than a bit like hamburger almost.
And the vibe wasn’t for me either. A little too “bar” feel versus what I was expecting.
Anyway, I didn’t hate it, but probably won’t be back.

The beef was very dry they didn't have beef juice to moisten the meat hardly any peppers or onion and they were diced instead of sliced hardly any cheese. The onion rings all you tasted was breading on ion very thin but the sweet potatoe frys were good.
Ordered a Philly cheesesteak meat tasted old and dry . Not fresh to order .like it had been sitting for a while

It's good but not Philly good. My cheesesteak was supposed to have broccoli rabe; it barely had one piece. It was a bit dry. But I'd give them another visit.

Just left Frankies where I was told they could not and would not toast the buns for my philly because they dont have that capability. I was traveling and i didnt want the bread to get too mushy as it usually is from this place. Btw they have toasted my sandwich before. Will never give them my business again.

Another hidden gem in the desert. Highly recommended by everyone at the project and it definitely was worth it. Great food, fast and friendly service and someplace I would make a detour to stop at the next time I'm in the area.

I was craving a good cheesesteak for a long, long time. This place hit the spot! Great and fast service. Tasty fries as well.
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of families enjoying great food.

Being born and raised in the Philly area, I am critical of all “philly cheesesteaks”.
While this place isn’t Ishkabibble's or John’s; it’s not a bad place to get a Cheesesteak in the desert.
The flavor on the sandwhich was good, but I really think they missed the mark on the bread. It wasn’t as soft as I would have hoped.
But hey! I can’t be too disappointed, I am pleasantly surprised.
