Best breakfast burrito I’ve ever had (that’s plated). Really, really good breakfast food and awesome staff. We randomly picked this spot while in town and glad we stopped in. Funny story: We were sideswiped in the parking lot by another diner (who didn’t stop to leave a note) and the whole staff was out in the lot trying to help us find the culprit and get the situation figured out. Now that’s the best customer service you could possibly get.

Great local resteraunt. Delicious food, fun small town atmosphere like you are visiting a favorite aunt. Friendly service! A must for anyone wanting a hone town feel in the big city.

Ate here twice while seeing my dad. Food was fantastic, staff was friendly & you can tell that they love there job and have been there (9yrs-40yrs). If you don't mind cleaning your table you will be seated faster also & get to chose your spot... if the table is open. They are hopping <3

I’ve been coming to Frank’s for almost 10 years now. The people are AMAZING! The food is everything you’d expect and more with that touch of Tucson. I absolutely love the staff at Frank’s🖤 They’re all so kind and hands down the hardest working people I’ve ever seen. I moved away and every time I come to visit my grandma it’s a must do on our itinerary. They always ask me how things are, they remember me and my grandma even if it’s been months. I hope if you’re in the area and hungry for breakfast or lunch, you try it out. It’s hard finding places with the vibe Frank brings, it reminds me of Cheer’s, where everyone knows your name.

An individual owned restaurant that needs to be visited. Some of the best refried beans I've ever had were at this place. Nothing fancy, you get with you would expect food to be as stated on the menu, with dishes being home cooked and authentic. Seems to be a hangout place for local neighborhood individuals and has a very "homey" small town feel.

Very great 'hole in the wall' diner, my dad is very fond of the breakfast but the cheese steak was really really good! Freshest biscuits in town

This diner feels just like home! The open grill lets you watch your breakfast—eggs, pancakes, and coffee—made fresh. The friendly owners provide warm, personal service that’s hard to beat. Great food, cozy vibes—I’ll definitely be back!
