Frank's closed for good... Out of Business. Sad. New restaurant and bar scheduled to open in early 2022 according to sign on door, called OTR (On The Rocks LLC).

Meh. This was a vibrant place as Famous Sam's...used to be fun after the corporate split...but the glitter has worn through finally. They were out of all but a half dozen beer choices. Fish? Nope. Burger? Nope. One order of tater tots on deck.Ok fine...how about a grilled ham and cheese? Well...we don't have Swiss...but I think we have most of the bread choices.Place is looking and feeling dated. I'm not going back.

Although we have been patrons for years, just found out that there was a Covid outbreak there. Not only do waitresses NOT wear masks, they are also NOT vaccinated. This is a restaurant OFF my list if they cannot follow this simple precaution. What a simple precaution to take and yet they are not willing to do that.

Great place to hang with locals. Went here originally because I'm born and raised Steeler fanatic from the 70's. Nice bartenders, great garlic Parm wings and my favorite beer. Prices are decent too!

Been a customer since they opened. I have always been satisfied with their friendly service, staff and menu. The friendly atmosphere is created by Frank the owner and their well managed bar ladies.

Top notch sports bar. Dim lighting, cool inside, great service and food everytime. Stop in. Always something good on one of the 50 TVs.

Horrible! The bar, glasses, tables, Kathie are dirty and smell like an infection!! I do not recommend entering this without shots!!
Don't let the terrible towel decor dim their light. It's a chill place with exceptional management.

Visited at 11am today. Took a seat a man came out from back with earbuds in didn't acknowledge me at all. Then scooted chair out he heard the chair looked over no greeting. I was the only one there. Heard him speaking to kitchen staff that oil had to be changed tomorrow. Set my timer on phone for 8 mins...never saw anyone else so I walked out. Arbys was open next door.

So sad they have let this place go. Bartender over serves patrons. Now some may like that. However very dangerous especially since they leave get into truck and leaves. Back to the place now. Glasses dirty. Beer flat. Potato skins have cooks hair in them. Hair should be covered. Seats have years in them. Bathroom trash is overloaded. This place use to be the best place Frank just don't care no more hires worst of the worst no training. Russ use to manage it then it was clean food was fresh. Hamburger just terrible like they poured Greece on it.

My husband and I went to Frank's for a fun afternoon to watch the Arizona Cardinals last Sunday, 9/19. We waited untill after the Steelers game was over and arrived to find a pretty small mixed crowd. We asked the bar tender to have the cardinals game be put on the big screen and were told no....because the cowboys were playing and it was a better game....A: we saw no cowboys fansB: we went home to watch an AMAZING Cardinal's game.YOU lost money and patrons!Kathy and Dave

Usually I like this place and previously I gave it five stars but when I went in with my son tonight the only sides they had was french fries and they were out of burgers. Poor planning for a Friday night
