I ordered a large chili cheese fries with onion thru the drive thru. Got home and im not exaggerating, the carton was about 1/4 full. You could see half of the bottom of the carton. And no onions. Complete joke. Will not be going back.

Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers never disappoints! The steakburgers are cooked perfectly with crispy edges and great flavor, and the frozen custard is rich, creamy, and absolutely delicious. The restaurant is always clean, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the service is quick even when they’re busy. It’s a great spot for a quality meal and an amazing dessert. Please hire someone who cares about customer service. This location is going down hill fast. Trip 1 - I waited 30 minutes for 1 chicken sandwich meal. Paid cash. Had to ask for my receipt multiple times so I could see the time my order was placed and didn't get it until after my food came out and she reprinted it with the current time so I couldn't see how long I actually waited.
Trip 2 - Handed me cold fries and when I asked her if she could make them fresh ( in a very friendly, kind manner) she got a terrible attitude and tried to argue.

Enjoyed our first trip to Freddy's. Food was OK. Burgers are on the small side and side courses were not great. Potato tots were dry, cheese curds under cooked, and onion rings did not taste good at all. Staff was friendly and food came out from kitchen quickly. Restaurant was clean and inviting. One strange thing was restrooms are locked and require a number code to unlock. This caused quite a line up just to use the restroom. Mgmt. needs to re-evaluate that policy.

We were returning from a road trip and a long day of driving so we decided to grab a quick bite to eat before we headed home. Actually we headed to Culvers which was closed for remodeling (now it's open!) We had a gift card we could use at the nearby Freddy's. We have stopped at this Freddy's before and always have had a good experience there. It is always a clean restaurant and usually not as busy as other similar places. We at e indie though outside seating is available. We ordered at the counter (you can also do drive through) right away and food was served fairly quickly. My wife order a kid's steak burger with fries and had more than enough food to satisfy her. I ordered the hot dog with tots. I loved their hotdog and their tots are crispy and hot. It was a great choice for a stop to grab a quick bite.

Sewage smell is horrendous in the drive thru every time. Also on two separate occasions eating inside, the two bathrooms have no soap! How is this okay for a restaurant? I wish I could say the food and service is worth it, but unfortunately this is extremely unacceptable and gross.

Arrived on a hot Friday evening to get a treat for the family, food and treats were good, atmosphere is very hot, no A/C ! Our ice cream was melting quickly. It's about 78° in this building.
