Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Been to Freddy's in a bunch of states. It's always consistent and tasty.

Food was amazing, service was great very bubbly. Atmosphere was quiet and good

Custard was soft to the level of being drinkable

Expensive and don't get as many fries as in the past

Fast but not a fan of the food, except the ice cream. The burger was so thin it looked like beef lace. Just ok.

The service was great. Greeted when we walked in. Order taken and all questions answered. Order delivered promptly. Food was delicious. The key lime pie shake was spot on. Thank you for a great experience.

I thought that the bacon cheeseburger needed more cheese and the fries were average at best

I was impressed by my first visit here. The food was delicious, even though I got a basic burger, they don't make it feel basic. I was greeted with a friendliness, and treated with kindness. That was definitely the topping to this visit. Looking for something that has good food and friendly service this is definitely the spot for that! Janice was so attentive and polite and helped us make great choices for my first visit here!

The guy at the counter was really nice, but the girl handing out the orders seemed very irritated when we ask her for some spicy fry sauce. The rest of the restaurant is clean. The bathrooms are clean, but they are far from being ADA compliant. There’s a broken soap dispenser on the sink. The one they installed is 4.5 feet high. Also, the paper towel dispenser is also 4.5 feet high. Little kids and people in wheelchairs will not be able to wash their hands with soap or dry them.

This was my first visit to Freddy's steakburgers. And I had to say the burger was good, but the fries were so salty, I couldn't eat them. I just popped in for something quick because I was on that side of town. There weren't a lot of people in there.However, a young man came in with a backpack, and I noticed that he was there for an interview and the assistant manager was so dismissive of this young man, it was weird. She made him sit out by himself for a long time. He just sat there, twiddling his thumbs, and I know this is none of my business, but the way she treated him during that interview was crazy. I was uncomfortable for him. I don't know what was said because I was a ways away. But the look on his face when he left was nothing but defeat. And who gives a two minute interview
