Well usually when I go to this location on Orange Grove the food is good but the last couple of times coming here the only two items that were ok were the shakes other than that my onion rings were burnt and the chicken tenders were more like nuggets the soda was flat and the ice melted in like 5 minutes pretty much wasted 30 bucks on trash food would rather drive across town to eat at a different location.

Ordered through app. Restaurant got order wrong with wring size fries and WAY TOO MUCH SALT where we through the fries away...AWFUL! Then the app did not work correctly either. Kept giving me errors that made no sense. Called store and they said they think it's because I was turning to order things they were out of...ugh!! Not so sure we'll go back. The burger was only so-so and really needs lettuce on them.

Counter person very friendly & helpful.The only issue was the price!!Two single patty burger, fry & drink combos with 2 small milk shakes was over $40?Sorry Freddy's won't be back any time soon! Was looking forward to the new store in Casa Grande, but we'll be passing it up, too much $$ for our fixed income to handle.

I'm an Uber eats driver I picked up the customer's food at Orange Grove and thornydale. And delivered it past Kenny and Bopp. I was told that the chocolate shake was in the bag. But it was not. I went to the store that evening just before closing time the manager was very helpful and the employee found are missing shake I took it to the customer and he was happy too.
My expectations were high as I come from Chattanooga TN, and our Freddy’s in Fort Oglethorpe GA is phenomenal. My boyfriend is from Tucson and we were excited for a snack, so out of all the options we chose Freddy’s. Pulling in the drive through, 3 young people sitting out back and they got up and went inside…which is ok if they could get the order correct... ordered 2 med milkshakes, and a med concrete. They even asked again what size. MEDIUM. Got to the window and was handed 3 small cups. I asked the girl “Are these medium” she said yes. Confused…I drove around and looked at my receipt they were all regulars. We drove several miles for this and it was a letdown. And it’s not like you can go back and say something because then they would wanna do another transaction for the difference because we only paid for Regulars even though we stated many times MEDIUM. Culver’s next time.

It was Super Bowl Sunday…and almost time for the game to start. My son was cooking up a deep-dish pizza. So, I volunteered to make a run for Freddy's Frozen Custard to be enjoyed after...and headed out to the closest location on Broadway Boulevard.Besides custard, I knew my dog, Darwin, would like a Puppy Patty. However, the associate at this Freddy’s had not heard of a Puppy Patty and wanted to charge $7.79 for single patty of unseasoned meat in a box vs. the $1.30 menu price.Having driven 4+ miles to this Freddy’s, I was now committed to drive another 12 miles to the Freddy’s on Orange Grove. On the way, I called to make sure I could purchase a Puppy Patty plus 3 pints of custard. “Yes, of course!” was the answer.When I walked through the front door, I was greeted by, “Are you Ed?” Store Manager, Stormy, had set out the custard so it could begin to thaw. And had the Puppy Patty on the grill. Additionally, she extended a 15% discount for my inconvenience.That's Five-Star service, a perfect complement to Five-Star Custard and Darwin's Puppy Patty!

Why is the restaurant for, the windows dirty, fountain machine spraying out on hands.. the customers inside were enjoying themselves but it needs to be handled more better..The AC wasn't working and could feel heat coming from kitchen..If you need more maintenance people hire themWhen people come into restaurants and the atmosphere is like this especially dirty restrooms your coming to lose your customers.Especially makes people wonder how clean kitchen is.I've worked in high end Italian restaurants to ma and pa restaurantsI can tell when management is lackingNot trying to be rude but this isn't the Freddys I noYour customers are your priority their your bread and butter at least let them no you care about their service.I know you got this and it'll be improved..Kid-friendliness: The staff there were nice no bad experience with staff

Used the drive up to get a Concrete at 9pm on a Saturday. Pull up and pay the young woman. Wait 5 minutes. Big blonde guy hands me a big bag and says 'here's your burgers, we are just waiting on your custards.' I explained I did not order burgers, just a Concrete. He takes the burgers back and looks confused. Three minutes later, the young woman hands me my Concrete. What's going on at this location?
