Great food. Place was nice and clean. My son has peanut allergy and i didn't notice the tiny sign on window. It had QR code about info about peanut allergies. So I opened it and it was just Freddy's menu. So I asked to speak to manager and they never came out. A worker finally came over and said manager is really busy.

Horribly OVERPRICED!!!
I'd never gone to Freddy's before, so I really didn't know what I was getting into. I ordered something very basic. A single hamburger and a small custard. No combo. No drink. Just those two items. It cost me almost seventeen bucks! I get the bag, and the bag is so light. The custard was the size of a small Frosty at Wendy's. The burger itself was like a smashburger. And while it was fairly tasty, there was nothing about it that made me feel like it being a part of an almost $17 snack bag was worth the money. No way. The custard tasted like it was more caramel syrup then actual custard, and too sweet. Didn't even finish it.
God honest truth. For what I got, I could have gone to Wendy's and gotten a single and a Frosty and saved $10. But if you want that more upscale burger/custard combo that Freddy's is trying to sell to you that they are...you're better off at Culver's.
Needless to say...even sampling Freddy's was a huge mustake, and I will never never NEVER go back.

You see about 2-4 people doing nothing when it’s slow, their tables are disgustingly dirty.
It would take either of those 4 employees a combined effort of about 10 seconds each to clean a table, unacceptable and management should better managing their employees.

Omg omg omg hands down the BEST CHEESEBURGER I'VE EVER EATEN!!!! 10 STARS 🌟 Absolutely fantastic. I didn't get a pic of the prime rib steak burger because I ate it so fast. I just couldn't stop

The first time I went here I got the prime rib steak burger I came back the next day because I wanted to get my mom the brisket steak burger but they were out. I got the grilled cheese steak burger with tots and my daughter got the chicken tenders with what looked like shoestring french fries and the worm Sunday thing that they forgot about but finally brought over to us when they saw we hadn't left yet after getting the food part of our to-go order. My mom only got the Dr pepper float because she really only wanted to try the brisket steak burger.

I absolutely love Freddy's burgers. The fries are good, but need to be thicker. You gotta grab a handful to enjoy them

AM Jaelynne was amazing! There was a small issue with our order because he ordered on the app, but she kept us informed and happy and resolved everything immediately! She is a wonderful Manager and id love to see her promoted, as Managers like her is what more businesses need.

Just go across the street to In and Out🍔🍟 and save $10. They messed up our first order and did not care or apologize, just give free meal. We tried again same experience. They just do not have any quality control or do they care. If you must eat at Freddys, just go to the one on Treat and Broadway.That manager cares!! 💔

Everything was great but there were a lot of screwups in the order. Usually this isn’t a problem but I live near Tucson estates so there’s no way I could drive an hour back to correct it. I wish you guys had gluten free buns but I don’t fault you for that because I know how corporate companies works.

I was not happy with the food here. I went to pick it up and the bag was dirty. So I asked for another bag. I live 5 min from this place. Got there to pick up my food within minutes and everything was cold.
