The smell of the building was that of death, we had to eat outside to deal with it. The food was boring and lackluster. Nice people though.

Customer service was underwhelming the lady at the register seemed agitated with us ordering didnt really listen to what we wanted then proceeded to lie about putting the order through she didn't have a name tag on or i would provide I name I just feel unsatisfied with our visit and the use of our money. I was under the impression this was a family establishment!

Just the food alone makes this place five stars, but then the friendly people inside make it even better. This location is my favorite, but they’re all great in this city.

Wow these PRICES are soooo bad. Such high prices for such mediocre food!! The food was fine, it was good, but no way was that sundae worth $7 !! That’s Coldstone Creamery kind of prices for WAY less care and toppings. And the tenders were kinda tiny. The sauces reminded me of McDonalds. Just absurdly mediocre all the way around with very high prices that absolutely aren’t worth it. The decor of the diner itself was very fun and funky, and the folks working were super friendly! It’s just mediocre food and very bad prices. I will not be back. If I want to spend that kind of money, I’ll go find a nice sit-down spot instead!

Used my veteran's free meal card. Chose the prime rib sandwich which was the correct choice. Delicious. Plenty of fries and free refills. Also my first time. Not too crowded sauce choices and generous sandwich.

We waited in the drive thru for nearly 30 minutes.. there were 3 cats in front of us. None had more then one bag and a couple drinks.. had I realized the wait, I would never have pulled into their drive thru, which you can not get out of once in line.
Additionally, the food I received which was two large french fries and a regular cheese curd. The fries were no longer hot or fresh
Oh but I can go back in and have them remake them..
After sitting in line for 30 minutes..
Suggestion learn how to train your employees to be more efficient. I will not return to Freddy's any location that ruined it for me.

Great food. Place was nice and clean. My son has peanut allergy and i didn't notice the tiny sign on window. It had QR code about info about peanut allergies. So I opened it and it was just Freddy's menu. So I asked to speak to manager and they never came out. A worker finally came over and said manager is really busy.

Horribly OVERPRICED!!!
I'd never gone to Freddy's before, so I really didn't know what I was getting into. I ordered something very basic. A single hamburger and a small custard. No combo. No drink. Just those two items. It cost me almost seventeen bucks! I get the bag, and the bag is so light. The custard was the size of a small Frosty at Wendy's. The burger itself was like a smashburger. And while it was fairly tasty, there was nothing about it that made me feel like it being a part of an almost $17 snack bag was worth the money. No way. The custard tasted like it was more caramel syrup then actual custard, and too sweet. Didn't even finish it.
God honest truth. For what I got, I could have gone to Wendy's and gotten a single and a Frosty and saved $10. But if you want that more upscale burger/custard combo that Freddy's is trying to sell to you that they are...you're better off at Culver's.
Needless to say...even sampling Freddy's was a huge mustake, and I will never never NEVER go back.

You see about 2-4 people doing nothing when it’s slow, their tables are disgustingly dirty.
It would take either of those 4 employees a combined effort of about 10 seconds each to clean a table, unacceptable and management should better managing their employees.

Omg omg omg hands down the BEST CHEESEBURGER I'VE EVER EATEN!!!! 10 STARS 🌟 Absolutely fantastic. I didn't get a pic of the prime rib steak burger because I ate it so fast. I just couldn't stop
