I don't expect amazing service, but it'd be great to not be treated as an inconvenience, which is how I feel whenever I am asked to pull forward in the drive through so the establishment can artificially better their line times.

First time having a smash burger, it wasn't bad. I loved the spicy chicken sandwich. Not a fan of shoestring fries, will get the onion rings from now on. The sauces were interesting and surprisingly good and different from other restaurants typical sauces. Staff was friendly and very helpful with suggestions since this was my first time there. So if you're tired of the other burger shops, try this place out.

We ordered through the drive thru and the girl at the window was very pleasant, friendly, and her multi tasking was impressive. Sadly, that is the only good thing I have to say. We ordered 2 lettuce wrapped burgers and the total was over $22. No fries, no drinks. We could have gotten all of that at In & Out for the same $$. They were taking a long time so the girl asked us to pull around and wait. After quite some time the 2 cars behind us got their food while we were still waiting. Finally ours came out, minus the jalapeño sauce we asked for. The burgers were burnt, cold and the lettuce looked like it had been cooked along with the burgers. The whole thing went in the trash. Terrible experience, we won't be back.

Good food and service, was a drive thru so not much to go one. Is pretty overpriced in my opinion for just tenders when compared to culvers. Traveling so didnt have much of a choice.

Jorge the manager is very friendly
The burger here never disappoints. Its flavor is bomb. We enjoyed the fries too!
