I got the grilled chicken club sandwich and it was delicious! I don't like Freddy's burgers, but the chicken is very good.

Hit or miss…this time the person taking orders couldn’t have been less interested. When we got our food home the burgers were so wet and messy they were hard to eat. Not right when you pay so much.

Like half the places in Vail, AZ, this might be the worst Freddy's out there. I'm not sure what it is with this town, but the take out here is pretty awful.
As for my experience here, the food was cold, tables were filthy, and the customer service was basically non existent. Just cold states and an overall unwelcome attitude as though I made a mistake even walking in.
This was my second experience here. The first time, the experience was similar. So, I won't be eating here again. Other locations are much better, so I won't let this one tarnish my opinion of the franchise.
It's simply a shame that we have a Freddy's here that kind of sucks.

Hit and miss this time it was a huge miss fries were oddly cold but yet burnt, cheese curds were so burnt there was no cheese inside burger was over cooked and dry bun was stale, sadly the best part of the meal was the pickles and onion on the burger. Tables were dirty. Definitely not a good day to visit.

I went to Freddy’s. I bought a double original large meal and asked for a single extra cheeseburger. How the hell did my total come out to $27!!!!
The extra cheeseburger burger I asked for which was a single btw was $8!! How can you even justify that? I had to have them take it off because I was not about to spend $30 on one meal with an extra burger and they looked at me like I was crazy to say take it off. I can do the same thing at McDonald’s and pay 1/3 of that price. And your burgers aren’t much better than theirs.
Especially with how the burger looks in the picture I put up. I wanna know why the burger in the picture is worth $18 as a meal. I can literally go to 5 guys and get a way better and bigger burger.

Not sure what has changed but these place use to put out some really good food. However, today I got a single cheeseburger and what a joke that was. The burger was super cold and had a tiny tiny little piece of lettuce on it. The pickles on the burger were good, but that is about it. My fries were super salty, so could not eat them. Definitely will not be eating at Freddy's again. Even though I am NOT a McDonald's fan at all, I think they make a better cheeseburger compared to the one I got today at Freddy's. The only upside of my whole experience was the staff was polite:)

Staff was very helpful since iv only been here one time. We come back more often with the service and how fast it was. For a smash burger it was well done. Whoever on the grill needs a raise!

I recently tried the jalapeno burger, and it was amazing! The meat was exquisite, but I felt that the jalapeño bun fell short - it didn't quite complement the burger as well as I had hoped. The service was top-notch, thanks to our host, Jarine, who was kind and attentive throughout the meal. Being a host and server requires a lot of multitasking, and Jarine did a fantastic job of juggling both roles.

The hamburgers were not good. Just thrown in a bag all sloppy and the fries were salty. Disappointed for thirty something bucks. 😞
