So the only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because I think it's just a bit over priced. In the same breath, you get more bang for your buck here than say McD's who are grossly overpriced.Here you know you're getting real beef or chicken and it is actually fresh. From the steak burgers down to the buns- it's all fresh.The app is great as well with easy customization of anything on the menu plus when you download you get a free burger which is pretty cool.Overall the food is good. Burgers are hot, juicy and the taste is above expectations. Cheese curds are quite salty but always hot, & freshly made. The fries are to die for. Try em with the fry sauce- it's amazing.Definitely recommend if you like high end fast food & don't mind spending a little extra for it.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Arrived at 10:39 AM and ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. I was told they could not fill the order as they just started cooking them and it would be 20 minutes! They should have been done. Store opened at10:00 AM. Decided on the fish sandwich and requested lettuce wrap. Order arrived as a regular bun included sandwich. Took it back and said just wrap the fish fillet in lettuce. They cooked another fillet and threw the other order out. When I got it, it was undercooked and they threw a bunch of fries in the plate when I requested NO fries! This is not the first time. I am going to quit coming here.

One of my daughter's favorite places to eat out in her neighborhood. She loves the custard and their hamburgers. I did not eat there personally, but my daughter really enjoyed the food.
We have visited 3 out the 4 Freddy’s in Tucson. Two things stood out from the others at the Old Vail Rd location. First, it was immaculate clean. Second, service was very fast and polite. The food is fabulous like the others. The cleanliness and fast service really stood out.Kid-friendliness: Had our two grandsons with us. They were treated well and they loved the place and food.

Steakburger-burger was so tasty it didn't 'need' any sauce of any kind to enhance it's taste profile. Fry sauce is delish with generous portion of shoestring fries.
