Very slow service. The worker at the drive up window was not a happy person. The order was wrong ask for no cheese and found they tried to take the melted cheese off. I will never go back to this location

I ordered a Freddy's original double cheeseburger and cheese curds. Both taste AWESOME!! Definitely could tell that it was made fresh and my order was done sooner than the estimated time it stated in the app. For sure will be going back to try out other goodies.

Ordered new grilled steak burger with lettuce tomato and mayonnaise with a small drink and tater tots.
Kid rings up each item separately but forgets the drink. When I ask for the cup he gives me a cup and says they will take it out of his pay
I don't want that to happen so I pay for the drink and he rings up large.
Get my meal and burger is soggy with some sauce and mayonnaise.
No lettuce . The tater tots suck all greasy.
The the meal out and left.

Freddy's frozen custard, an "eh" so-so experience. Definitely pricey, service was slow and uninformative even after I mentioned that it was my first time.

Also if you sign up for the free burger through the text message don't expect it to come through until the next day.

Unless someone else I'd paying, I won't be coming back here again.

DONT!!! Come here. Insanely rude manager is bringing this place to its downfall. Don’t offer a free combo meal ticket IF I can’t even get a large. Employees were nice but nice doesn’t mean you know how to do your job well, over salted food, bad atmosphere… review from a month ago says it all well!!!

I was there today after church. I have seen many posts on Facebook about this Eatery so i was curious and love trying new places to eat. As i eat out alot especially at restaurants that offer indoor dinning. I ordered the number 1
Double patty that were very thin. I found it to be bland flavorless. The tooth Pic fries were ok with ketchup. The star of the show was the custard. Chocolate with nuts and oreos. The person at the drive through was helpful, courteous and respectful. He recommended a few things to me since it was my first time eating at this restaurant. No Wow factor here. I doubt I would go back. Definitely wouldn't recommended this eatery.way over priced for the quality that you get.

Don’t come to this location. Over salted fries like all u could taste was salt inedible. burger was a sloppy soggy mess. for 40 some dollars for two meals i expected more. only good thing was the shake. the pbc+b was good.

Visited this location after the soft opening of the newest location had just closed. Ordered ahead on mobile. Tried to customize a Chicken Club, and a BBQ burger, but app continued to reset. Had to fix, and customize my order three times. When we arrived, we weren't greeted and got some glares while waiting to pick up. It was very hot but the misters were not on outside. When we finally got our order and sat to eat, i realized my order was plain, no customizations, and our fries and cheese curds were cold. Our order had been sitting there for 9 minutes. Might try again, but at a newer location and not order on the app.
