I am obsessed with the Thai chicken bowl but the customer service is the lowest form of quality. Theres one lady that does a good job but no one wants to work and help you. I have to ask subway or another company to go in the back and tell them theres a customer. And today I got there at 3:45 and she had everything closed. Says werr closed. SORRY! Cant to nothing. Closed! This is not how you run a restaurant.

I didn’t even get to eat my food. My grilled bread was so dry that it felt like I was eating dirt. The smoothies aren’t good for what you are paying.

It is 1110 on a Saturday and the sign says they open at 1100. There are no signs of anyone opening this location anytime soon. Ashame because I really like their Power Protein bowl.
