Never order ahead. There is no such thing!! The food is never ready and they have no idea the order ever even got placed. We watched 3 people walk out because they couldn't wait any longer. Oh.... and the phones don't work either, ya welcome! Good sushi, terrible business.

Hot food came out WAY before the sushi. Like 45 minutes earlier. Like the rest of my family was done eating before I got any of my food early. Ticket timing is very, very off. My wife said the Pho was pretty good, but my sushi was not good. The rice was not seasoned at all. No vinegar in it at all. I also felt nauseous the next morning. I highly doubt we'll ever go back. Our server was very nic, though.

I used the order online feature, it was confusing because the menu says m-f all day menu and then for sat-sun there is a different menu with like 4 items. I was ordering on a Friday so I called to see if they had the sushi rolls which they did. The menu also says that they close at 3 pm during the week days but after speaking to them on the phone they do not close until 8pm. I ended up placing an order online then I received and email with my order number and status of the order. The status never updates to anything, I was worried that it did not go through so I called repeatedly and no one would answer the call now. My husband goes there to pick up my order thinking that they were really busy because they were not picking up and not a sole was dining there. They then told him that ordering online does not always connect to the store ugggg, so he had to wait 25 min for them to finish my food. Obviously this is and issue that could use fixing.

The food here is surprisingly very very good. I only say surprisingly because I've never tasted pho like this and served with a lemon and it definitely added to the flavor. This is comfort food. The sushi is amazing as well. You want be disappointed!! My kid enjoyed it indeed.Vegetarian options: I got the pho with veggies no tofu. It was fulfilling!

The fresh spring roll I ordered today had wilty lettuce, a stuck together glob of something like pasta, tough tofu and shrimp, (which I did not ask for and tasted undercooked). No cucumber or anything that actually tasted fresh. They were so unappetizing that I threw them away after the first couple of bites.
