Frost Gelato

Love this gelato spot! I am a frequent visitor at the Gilbert location however when I spotted an outlet at my recent visit at Tucson I couldn’t help but indulge.
During summers I love having gelato’s and trying all their refreshing flavors during every visit however, during winter I love their hot chocolate which is thick and decadent. I usually opt for the hazelnut chocolate flavored hot chocolate and I absolutely love it! This chain will continue to be my favorite.

Even the low fat low sugar options taste good, recommend the chocolate or the espresso chip.

Frost is the absolute best gelato. Team members are always so kind and friendly. Super clean dine in area and nice out door seating as well. Highly recommend.

Pretty bad set up. They hit you with "what do you want!?" Before we even had a chance to see what flavors they have. They should wait to acost you until you get closer to the register. It's rushed, kinda rude, and cuts the customers selection down to the first 1/3 of flavors. Good product, horrible set up.

Gelato is good but not the same European experience. No hazelnut. Worse is costumer experience. Snotty teenagers who are not friendly and make sure you know they do not care.

Awesome place I've been 3 times since discovering it. The gelato is delicious and high quality and there are lots of flavors to choose from. They have a nice espresso machine as well so you can enjoy their gelato as affogato which is my person favorite. The service is always excellent, they greet you when you come in and are quick to get what you ask for.

They suck at math,the total was $22.88, and I paid 50$ they gave me the change and got a total of $27.11 like wth get better at math horrible gelato

The place was ok. Employmee was totally rude, disrespected me, belittled me for being unsure of what I wanted, impatient and just overly rude. Rolled her eyes at me. I purchased a bottle of water, which when posted on the price menu said 99 cents. It infact was not. It brought my total up 5 and a half dollars. And then- I asked why I was charged different than what was posted. She rolled her eyes again, exclaiming that she didn't know why and it wasn't her job to know. After I paid, she sighed and walked away. Without handing me my water. So I sat there, patiently waiting, and she ignored me away. I asked multiple times about it. She ignored me. So I had to ask a different employee in the shop, before he finally handed me my water.

And the two girls have attitude and are so not very friendly whatsoever

If it didn’t take 3 minutes to order gelato I would have left. The service did not exist, the two employees did not say a word when we walked in and barely spoke with us the whole time. It was the most awkward encounter for a first time customer. Terrible customer service and horrible experience.
