Frost Gelato

I think it's extremely unprofessional that you have 3+ employees standing around, with quite unfriendly faces, while your trash is overflowing outside and almost inside as well. How does this seem appealing in any way when I walk up to your shop? I really do think it says how poorly managed this shop is when trash is overflowing like that, next to tables you want us to sit at. How about instead of employees lacklusterly lounging behind the counter, they actually make the rounds to collect trash and make the environment not so disgusting? Incredibly lazy and makes me wonder how gross behind the scenes is if there is no effort to even fix this issue.

Fabulous gelato, friendly and helpful staff, clean, brightly lit seating area. They appear to stock at least 30 flavors at any one time. Gelato is made in the same shop you buy it. Wonderful!

Went in 10 minutes before closing and they helped me & my family with a smile. Would recommend for the service and Gelato quality 👌

A great place for gelato. Always a ton of flavors to choose from. Sometimes the lines can get long and it can be hard to find a seat, but it is worth the wait!

Wow! The owners need to fire a few people. When I reported to the female employees just now that the women's toilet wouldn't flush and also the door to the women's bathroom wouldn't shut, not a one of them did anything to resolve these problems. One of the employees just shrugged and told me they already knew. I'd hate to see the face of the person who has to use that toilet after my visit. No employee ever moved from the spot where they were taking a break. I sure hope the manager takes care of this.

The gelato is great. However, the service is lacking. Every time I come in, the workers are more concerned about their boyfriends sitting at the counter than helping customers out. Pretty rude, including one of the workers rolling their eyes when asking for a milkshake.
