The gelato was really good and had no artificial flavor taste!
the gelato is great but it comes with the expectation of awful service. every visit without fail the customer service is genuinely nonexistent. zero hospitality skills whatsoever. it sucks the life out of a good experience there.

Every time we visit Tucson, Frost is a must-visit! Their gelatos and sorbettos are delicious. I highly recommend pairing the blackberry cabernet sauvignon with dark chocolate. Yum!
Always a great treat
Delicious gelato and fantastic customer service from the lovely hijabi woman that served me and my boyfriend... But the other woman working was AWFUL. I watched her grimace at basically every customer that walked in while I was there. I had smiled at her and tried to be friendly, but she stared at me with a nasty look on her face until she finally decided to give me a weird fake smile and stare me down. Y'all need to say Bye Felicia to her and double the other girl's pay... The other girl was doing all the work anyway.
