I had a medium sized dish two scoops of the Sicilian pistachio. Maybe it's pistachio flavor and I had a caramel and it was both of them the best shot. I've had a long time tasted great. The help could use a little help and the business had a wet floor sign, and there was a puddle of water from the end of the counter to the second Third barstool that I was sitting on at the counter, big puddle of water there and not once did I see him go over to try to clean it up or anything that bothered me as they were not busy at all. It was my friend and I and a family of three.

Best Gelato in town. Definitely comparable to what we had in Italy! The Bagigi Peanut is sooooo good! The staff was super friendly, the seating area was clean. My only issue was I think they need more seating lol. Definitely recommend!

My partner and I have been to Frost many times, and we bring visiting family in too. Why? Consistency of product. There's always a large selection of dairy, non-dairy, and gluten-free flavors, and the taste and texture always is good. The shops are staffed by high school and college-aged people, and their service typically is fast and friendly. The space is modern and-- typically--clean. I usually get a medium cup with chocolate and violet (when available) or stracciatella. My partner usually gets a medium cup with amarena cherry and peanut butter crunch. Note that, unlike other shops in town, they will not put 2 flavors in a small cup. But, the consistently good taste keeps us coming back.

Ice cream is good but over priced. Unfortunately all the staff here today is extremely rude and not helpful at answering questions.

Frost Gelato is the best gelato in Tucson for a reason! Fresh Gelato made in store, plus exceptional service cannot be beat! They have a selection of traditional flavors, sorbets, and monthly specials. They also do Gelato cakes and little gelato bites covered in a crisp chocolate shell. Some favorite staples include their espresso chip and their strawberry and champagne sorbet. Seasonal faves include Irish Whiskey in March, Mango-Chile/Chocolate-Chile in May, and Honey Lavender in August. Though I don’t live peanut butter, I’d even recommend that flavor because of its silky-smooth texture and subtle nuttiness (this flavor is award winning). They do cups, pints, and coffee floats. Truly a gem!Wheelchair accessibility: Easy accessibility and very friendly to service animals! They do pup cups!

The Gelato is so pretty and so delicious! However, while I was sitting down with my two small kids one of the employees started mopping the floors which I thought was strange. I understand spot cleaning but she mopped the entire floors from the entrance to the tables where we were sitting. So when we got up to leave I was very concerned about my kids slipping on the wet floor.

Best darn gelato that I have found in Tucson so far. They have rotating monthly flavors as well as sugar free and Sorbet. I had the Irish Cream and Violet today and was pleased with this combo. My only wish is that would open a few locations on the Westside or south side.

Love this location but unfortunately the place is trashed. Floors were definitely mopped with a dirty mop head. Trashcans definitely haven’t been taken out in at least three days. It really is unfortunate to see that considering customer service was also okay. They weren’t very friendly.

Best hot chocolate ever...it is made with dark chocolate Gelato. Great both hot and (I found out today) cold.

The Gelato was decent, but I think it's overpriced. For 4 of us, it was almost $30. The inside smelled bad, and the floors were very dirty. Trash cans were also overflowing.
