Cookie dough was grainy and taste like it had freezer burn. Cotton candy was also freezer burned, and the waffle cone was stale. But the people were nice yet. They kept the rest of the ice cream somewhere in the back.

Got the strawberry boba and it was only okay. The pearls themselves were grainy, slimy and felt prefrozen from a bag rather than made in-store. It also had a very plastic-y taste. The drink was also made with tea unlike the milk base I had asked. My friend had gotten the ice cream and apparently that's good but DONT get the boba here. Service was good but they seems rushed despite almost nobody being there. The tea took almost 15 minutes to prepare just for it to taste like plastic.
Dietary restrictions: Had NO lactose free options, only low lactose. There were also no milk substitutesnfor the boba.
Kid-friendliness: Cute store design but seemed a little dark and almost gloomy?

We came here today on a fieldtrip from Kino School. We had a wonderful time. My family over the last few years have enjoyed the ambiance, variety of interesting flavors, the customer service and that it is locally owned. Doesn’t get any better than that??
My son wanted ice cream after a doctors appt and we found this spot that also has froyo and boba. I was pleased to find they had Thrifty ice cream! Chocolate malted krunch, a throwback to high school back in SoCal for me. The young man at the counter was great. He even offered my son some extra toppings for his froyo. I was shocked my son didn’t want them. We will go back next time we’re over on that side of town.

So we go in today to get a banana split and a sundae, there was no flavors that my boyfriend asked for at all there was no waffle cones no waffle bowls no thrifty's ice cream in the freezer the girl was really sweet but there's literally nothing there that we wanted to have we asked the lady that was working there if they were going out of business because that's how it appeared. She then gave excuses for the owner why they were out of everything, it's not exactly a bad experience because the ice cream is always good but being they were out of product it made it an unpleasant experience and we will not return again.

My son wanted ice cream after a doctors appt and we found this spot that also has froyo and boba. I was pleased to find they had Thrifty ice cream! Chocolate malted krunch, a throwback to high school back in SoCal for me. The young man at the counter was great. He even offered my son some extra toppings for his froyo. I was shocked my son didn’t want them. We will go back next time we’re over on that side of town.

Alfonso kindly greeted and welcomed my Mom, Daughter and myself into the store the moment we walked in. It was immediately clear that he takes pride in the store and genuinely wants to provide each and every customer an amazing experience. Lastly, the ice cream was amazing! I can't wait until we're in town and again and will absolutely be coming back to Frozen Delight!
