They need to be taken off of doordash. As a driver I came in to an empty restaurant, and still waited an hour before I received the customers order. There is no regard for our time or money. When asked the people working there said "your order probably was taken out already." I had been standing there for 40 minutes, there was no chance it was taken. I hope this place shuts down

I'm a delivery driver I found this place has multiple restaurant names for people to order from, drivers get stuck waiting forever waiting for orders to come out because of this and they could care less. costumer once told me she waited so long she got a headache from waiting to eat and decided to cook her own food, I waited a hour just to pick up her order while people who just came in the door got served in minutes.

The wait time is absolutely atrocious for the poor drivers. And get this: the dining area was completely empty, and they STILL forced the waiting drivers to stand outside in the freezing cold. The staff is completely unprofessional, unsympathetic, inconsiderate and apathetic. I personally get an aneurysm if I am ever given a take-out order at this location. If anyone here is craving sushi, literally any other place in the area will be a more pleasant experience for both the diner and the driver. Please do both yourself and the local drivers a favor and avoid this place at all costs. :)

I really regret not checking the reviews on Google Maps before placing the order through the food delivery app. This restaurant uses multiple names on the food delivery apps, like southwest grilers. I waited for over an hour for my pick-up order and the waiter had a very bad attitude and was very impatient. The burger patties were worse quality than Walmart's.

Ordered the Crispy Rice Spicy Tuna rolls (which are delicious)and Teriyaki wings and it took over 40 minutes for take out. The place has low ceilings, bad seating and is really loud and obnoxious but it is in the college community with horrible parking. I probably won't visit again too much of a hassle.

I hate to be one of those people but dang I spend my hard earned money on food that should be delicious. Especially since I am not a sushi person and we have never tried this place but we see people always ordering. So we decided to get takeout and when placing an order a girl answered and put me on hold and then hung up. I called again pretty sure she knew it was me because she didn’t get my name or phone number. She gave me the total and time it would be ready. So we go and my husband is waiting to get help and two other customers come in and he still hasn’t been helped and it wasn’t busy it was 9:15pm they close at 2am. Finally she walks over which I am assuming it was her because she was the only one working behind the counter other then a guy. She gives my husband the order pulls a card reader out sees my husband getting cash and says “let me get the change from my purse” and my husband was shocked because like what?? He comes to the car and tells me this and says she gave me $14 in cash and I’m shocked because I have never heard of an employee doing this. So we get home excited thinking it was gonna be at least good. No we barley got any food like the sushi rolls were so small and thin and we ordered 3 sushi rolls each $15 except one $12 and it looked like a mess each roll didn’t look appealing and again I’m not a sushi person so we get this once in awhile but I have eaten at other sushi places and I can say other places charge way less for more or it’s pricey but it’s good sushi if that make sense. Recommend our regular spot! Sushi Lito! So yeah I am disappointed in this experience because it’s supposedly “good”. Definitely don’t recommend.

So I’ve been calling this restaurant and no one will pickup. I made a delivery oder over $100 and $40 dollars worth is missing. Is this what you call customer service? I’ve reached out multiple times and no one answers ,voicemail machine is full. To the owner of this establishment how can u reach out to you before this Escalades to the BBB?

After nine and turns into a bar and they are letting younger people in to drink and they have been shut down once and now they are doing it again with the underage fake ID situation very scary and should not be legal. It is not legal so someone needs to stop this nonsense. We do not need underage people drinking at a college bar.
We ordered for the first time from this place via Uber Eats. We initially placed our order around 7:20 pm. We were supposed to get our food by 8:00 pm. The driver got to the restaurant around 7:35. The driver waited for 45 minutes before leaving without the food and Uber sent a new driver. We called the restaurant. The first time I was sent to voice mail, but it was full. My wife got ahold of someone the second time. The person on the phone claimed that somebody else must have grabbed our order, because it was missing. That seemed weird since our first driver told me they were still working on it. They agreed to remake it. It took another 15 to 20 minutes - for sushi. Should have taken much less time. When the second driver arrived, we discovered that half of the order was missing. We could not get ahold of anyone at the restaurant. Thankfully, Uber Eats gave us a partial refund. I would definitely not order from this restaurant. Their customer service is terrible.

This place is scamming people through their ghost kitchens on doordash and Uber eats. Do not give these criminals your money, what they are doing is legitimately illegal. Edit: to make things worse, about an hour after eating the food here I am now horribly sick. This food is not safe
