Do NOT recommend! 1. The cashier was apparently annoyed she had to take our order! 2. Ordered 2 raspados (sm &med) its was $20 being that I ordered extra ice cream in one, when we rvcd drinks there was barely ice cream tried to speak to cashier ya know the one who cldnt be bothered with us and told her I wld like the extra ice cream since it was clearly NOT in my raspado she then tried to charge me another $5!!! For ONE SCOOP OF ICE CREAM I ALREADY PAID FOR!!! Oh and the drinks were mediocre at best! If ur wanting a delicious drink/dessert one that is more affordable (u get what u pay for ) & the employees are happy you're there I recommend tge place on stone Ave & Jacinto st PS they got one star only cause I had to or it would be zero stars!!!

Service was fast and friendly. Clean and spacious inside and bathrooms. The food wasn't great though. The chips were okay but there wasn't any flavor like others I've had. The raspados was chunky with not a lot of ice cream. The tamarindo looked like bugs. Not a fan.

Compre unos tostitos con carne y queso amarillo, el cual se veía muy diluido... también la chica de la noche que nos atendió se comporto grosera, si no tienen ganas de trabajar, easy, no lo hagan y contraten a alguien que reciba a los clientes con mejor cara y más amabilidad. Espero tener una mejor experiencia para mi próxima visita.

Horrible customer service!! Carol the girl who took my order had a nasty attitude! Didn’t repeat my order waited and when she showed up it was wrong on top she said well we don’t have what you asked for and walk away!! I’ll Never go back and this was my first time visiting this place!! This is what makes business go out of business!!

No flavor on the food and the young girl who took our order was rude . My elote was dryer than popeyes buiscuits !Ill stick to Michoana they never dissapoint :)

No point of having breakfast burritos and free coffee if they don't open until 11am
I liked this place but they have a young lady up front and she has poor customer service, been a couple a times and she's always in a bad mood. The real problem though, is that they don't have the right prices on the screen and I always end up paying more than I think. And the last time I was there I asked the young lady why I got charged more, she just said the prices weren't updated and just left me there without apologizing or something.

Second time i come here that i notice that the prices don't match the menu ones. First time I found it odd that it was more than the cost on the menu. i didn't thought much of it. Today i went again and ordered two thing that according to their menu it was around $10, once i paid it was 14+ i even left a tip. Then i remembered that first time and decided not to stay quite about it. So i told the young lady about it. In her own words shes said that the menu on the screens dont reflect the updated prices. Gave me the receipt and kept walking. Not even apologizing about it. The reason i post this review is because it wasn't the first time i had this happen to us. And its been atleast more than a month since that last time. So apparently they won't fix their menu prices cause apparently nobody has said anything about it.
