Gema Raspados & Delights

They say that they are open at 11:00 a.m.. we went a little after 11am and doors were locked. Phone number is disconnected. My daughter walked away crying in disappointment, she was so excited to go after earning an ice cream reward.

Delicious food, sweets and snacks. However the service was very lackluster. The two people who attended me made a guest feel like they were inconveniencing the business just by walking in. No small talk was made, no effort to even greet or engage with the customer.

Sweets are made even sweeter by better service, or even a simple hello.

I went to de rodeo and buy from them 1 hot dog and 1 lemonade (water and sugar) and they charged me $24.54 dollars that’s ridiculous

Is never open whenever I go!! The website says open as well. This is the 3rd time that’s happened!! Never coming back this is a huge disappointment not to mention I’m pregnant and drove all the way out here for them.

This place is never open.. I am here for the 2nd time in a few weeks and it’s closed when it says it’s open. They sometimes have a handwritten sign as well

I don’t give 5 stars for the atmosphere only because it is hot in there on hot days! The raspas are 100% authentic,delicious, and fresh. I seen a lot of reviews about them not having fresh fruit and I ordered two and they both have plenty of ice to mix plus fruit ratio! I also ordered a coctel de elote and the “corn” was white harmony which I’ve never had and I’ve had elote. I personally didn’t like that but if it had yellow or white corn i would’ve enjoyed it but maybe it’s a personal recipe! Definitely will return and next time I will ask for a punch card because I wasn’t offered one.

Store time shows it's open at 11 AM. I drove far out and have been here for 22 minutes passed 11 and it's still not open.? Very frustrating.

The young girl who helped us was so sweet and patient. We got Raspados, and they were so good. The shop is nothing fancy, it was clean... but not very cozy. We didn't stay very long.

Poor quality of fruit that goes into the raspados. Just not that great In general. I would avoid this place all around. Canned fruit and syrup in their stuff for over priced. Had the chips before and the cabbage was so nasty like it sat all day and they still served it.

I've been craving elote and this hit the spot!
