Fantastic spot for great food, refreshing drinks, and a lively atmosphere. The menu offers a variety of tasty options, and their craft beer selection is excellent. The staff is friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. Whether you're hanging out with friends or watching football on a Sunday, this is a great spot.

The burgers and regular fries with ranch are amazing. The cookie and ice cream is hit and miss but still very good!

I would like to commend the young lady who closed the bar after the Duke vs. Arizona basketball game. She is an outstanding bartender—very attentive and observant.

I was impressed with the service.Wonderful waitresses. LBGTQ friendly. And the specialty cocktails they recommended were delicious. The lavender one was intense but definitely need to try it at least once. The bar area was great with 2 big TVs.

Honestly, if you're gonna host raves for such big names, you oughta have a bit more room. felt very cramped. the headline artists can be unbelievable, but if you don't even have room to move around on the dancefloor, it's kinda hard to do much but sweat and gurn.
On the upside, the upstairs bathrooms are well designed.
Parking: my friend if you wish to go to gentle bens for an event I recommend parking down near that church or something to the west and having a little walk. I wouldn't even Uber to and from nearer than that. but I hate driving in such crowded areas, walking is much more enjoyable.

Warning to those who cannot eat gluten.
Gentle Bens has an incredibly misleading menu with like six items marked GF - always associated with gluten-free. But if you look at the bottom, it says gluten-friendly. These are not gluten-free and if you eat them and are gluten-sensitive, you will be sick. It’s a ridiculous thing for them to do and I hope they change it soon. I cannot imagine why they choose to put all gluten-sensitive people in danger. Terrible choice.
Dietary restrictions: Terrible job. Not sure I would trust any of their feedback on dietary restrictions.

Dropped in for a late burger. It was delicious. The accompanying fries were okay, but I prefer them with more potato flavor and texture. Service was polite and attentive--Josie was a delight. Everyone else was thoughtful, too. The price was great, as was the glass of chardonnay I ordered to accompany my meal. I'm glad I popped in!
