Good taste but always it's something they accept no cash and this time again placed my order an hour ago I arrived to pick up and still my orders not made, due to they ran out gas. Cancelled my order and not coming back again. It's very good but apparently you have to put your order a day before and pickup a soggy sushi. Also it ain't cheap for a food truck. Just look at previous reviews in regards for very long wait time because of their food not be ready for pickup.

Was driving by and saw the "getsu-ko sushi" mobile kitchen this afternoon(3PM). I must say, being from Iowa, this Mexican sushi concept is FOR REAL!! lol. I simply picked up a California Roll. It's definitely worth a stop... ?
Still delicious! But don't mess, they made the sushi for my son to eat, I think! I loved eating in this place because it is delicious, but it is super low now, I understand the prices went up for everything but here it was quality and quantity no matter what one will pay...

I ordered 2 items, the shrimp ches, and the sushi boneless. When I got home it was missing the shrimp ches. I guess I should have checked the bag, but after waiting for 45 minutes I just wanted to go home. Edited to add: the shredded carrot was really good with the spice of the mango habanero sushi boneless.

The sushi has a very good flavor, but the roll is getting smaller and smaller and also the last two times I ordered my order was wrong... both times I had to return to the place... and it took longer than they said.
